most of the irritation comes from the late fulfillment of the book; And the general mismanagement (from an outsider's point of view) of logistics like not printing the blank pages in advance so you could sign/draw on them while waiting for covers and the rest of the pages.

Once that happens people tend to see more faults on whatever and anything you do since you burned a lot of goodwill. I guess the best way forward is to just continue to grow your audience and try to recapture some of your lost goodwill.

I'll be honest here and say I can't really relate to this because we're looking from two totally different lenses. I'm just looking to be entertained at the expense of whoever does something stupid or self-sabotages themselves (I mean it's one of pillars of this website to begin with!).

These guys couldn't get along with with the mainstream for a reason, I think that's because they all have strong personalities and so hoping they get along with each other seems a little too wishful.

I'll just say good for you, i think what you want is something altruistic.
