Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Oh, and something I witnessed at the hearing that wasn't part of the proceedings: Monica thanking the Dallas Morning News reporter Sharon Grigsby for being there. Sharon's bias in court recesses was as obvious as possible.
Oh it went further than that, how early did you get there? Defenses counsel stopped to shake hands and thank her as well before it started, some other random old guy saying he was a journalist was chatting her up said the words "Vic Stans", "thank you for your work", and "I'll be your friend" (when it goes live/if people attack was my understanding of the context for the last statement).

Sharon at one point mentioned how she would be "very careful" apparently referring to backlash.

She also made a comment saying she thinks there is an issue with the "professional side of the case" (referring to plaintiff's counsel) and "the judge has concerns, but of course I can't speak for him."

Last I was able to hear was about how she wanted to get the article written and out as quickly as possible after the hearing.

She is the type of jaded, basic white bitch that still think those Duke lacrosse players falsely accused and tried for rape, criminally, deserved it.

So Sharon got to speak to the Judge about the case?

I hope she isn't abusing her journalistic privelege, and prejudicing Chupp.

Odd he would have "concerns about professionalism" before the hearing even started.

I'm sure that Chupp thinks there's an issue with professionalism here

He got shown a powerpoint with a dumpster fire on it

My impression from Chupp's actions so far is that he is tired of both sides. He probably thinks this case is a clown circus he got roped into. I wouldn't put it past him treat LemonFurher and Ty as equally professional.

We have read the filings and have seen the difference, but he in most likely has barely skimmed the thousands of pages that was sent to him.

I doubt it, she certainly didn't speak to him that day.

I got more the impression she may have been lead to believe that was the judges feelings, my best guess would be either Sam Johnson, Lemoine, or Volney blowing smoke up her ass about how amazing they are, and how awful Ty is.

Lemoine is obviously an easy finger, considering his dubious sendings of ex parte communications to the judge.

In a food fight or shit-slinging contest, the rule is never be the last guy to throw something when the teacher walks in. They come down the hardest on the first person they see.

Lemoine had months of exceptional filings and stupidity, Ty had the most recent bad filing before going before the judge.
