I was kinda angry how this broad thinks more highly of herself over the guy who has been with the franchise for closer to 2 decades than her. But then I realized given what Sabat's been up to, I don't want him or any decent individual anywhere near their disgusting "family."

What truth could they have that they can't show in court? Isn't that admitting to not sharing the whole truth or perhaps even twisting their own stories around? Perjury? Something?

That's a blatant admission of having more supposed "evidence" yet refusing to supply it

The single most important evidence that could be useful tomorrow against Funimation but not the other defendents would be if they can show an actual sexual harassment victim came forward to their management/HR and was ignored. We already have Huber stating he was ignored when he brought up Sabat's casting couch to the Gen Fukunaga because he was friends with Sabat.
 
I think Ron might be the first one of these people who could give me nightmares.
Not because of his voice or anything, but the faces he make on photos ....

Maybe. I guess I Just don't see how they could use this to help draw the inference of defamation and TI. Tomorrow can't come soon enough. Can't wait to see where the cards lie.

You would think that sharing this alleged proof publicly would help them. Right now their public relations are in the shitter. If they did show off some proof then they could save face and even fuck up Ty's entire strategy.

I've speculated that they may just want to lose because they could play the pity game and shovel their agenda for years to come because winning would mean "Ha! I told you so!" But people would move on since there's nothing new that could come from it.
