Well I definitely can't argue with that. I anticipate whatever move comes from the agent next will be incredibly exceptional. I've basically lost every notion of optimism the beginning of the Blaire White saga instilled in me. It's pretty ridiculous how untouchable Yaniv seems to be though.

Fraudulent misrepresentation is both a civil tort and a crime. But let's focus on the civil side. What are the damages JY has incurred from being fraudulently induced to make such a statement? His reputation is arguably already valueless, and even then he has to prove some sort of economic losses.

No economic losses due to reliance on lies? No tort of fraudulent misrepresentation.

Besides which, this all gets figured out after JY puts together a five-digit sum to get a lawyer to file a suit against an extranational defendant. We all know that isn't going to happen.

One openly and one secretly. For some dumb reason, the first huge fag trusts the second and the first huge fag gets cock blocked on info for his video content as the second huge fag holds back that same information for his own video content.

The first fag gets so mad you guys that he blasts the second one to all his followers hoping to sic his personal army on him but just comes off looking like a jealous attention whore fag - which he is. While the second, I expect will, within a few weeks, attempt to put out his own whoring stupid video with absolutely nothing we don't already know (Yaniv is a pedo) and rake in those Adsense bux from stupid people.

I'm not gonna lie, my mind is actually a little blown by this. But only in that it's so epically fucking stupid. Blaire is a stupid cow. The existence of his entire thread has been justified by this one single video.

The HRT already told him to not file anymore cases until the ones he already filed are closed. The only option is a real court, which will kick his ass with prejudice once he fucks up like the sped he is.

Too bad the pedo isn't going to see any repercussions because Canada would literally ignore a troon serial raping children in public and the FBI can't do shit. Even if the "agent" handed over everything they'd just memory hole it and that'd be the end of it.

It could also be a provincial thing though.

I live in Alberta, where our government is quicker to deal with such things. Sadly, that's also meant an uptick in sexual offenders. 2 years ago someone I worked with was convicted of voyeurism for planting cameras in men's changerooms, and someone I went to school with is serving a jail sentence for possession of child porn.

With BC it's because they're more tolerant of LGBT people, which I'm thinking is the case here- Alberta is far more redneck.

I'm not even convinced the dude has anything interesting on this topic anyway. All we have as evidence is Blaire claiming he said he had info and wasn't taking it to the cops. For all we know it's a stupid nothing and that's why he's not going to the cops but going to put out his own dumb video.

I seriously think Blaire is making it into a bigger deal than it probably is because she's assblasted that he's holding out content that she wants and probably thinks she deserves for approaching the agent in the first place with the idea. She was just stupid to trust another attention whore who makes videos to not make his own video. So she's fired up her personal army of thirsty idiots. I really do see it as two attention whores knife fighting over scraps of spotlight.

Edit: and also she's stupid af for that part where she displays his twitter account and overlays "TWEET HIM". I mean, you can't get any clearer you're trying to bully someone. That can easily get you at least a strike on your channel.

What’s he going to do? Haul Blaire before the BC HRT? It doesn’t work that way. Jonathan has no capacity to in any way impact a non Canadian.

And yeah they fraudulently misrepresented themselves. So does every investigative journalist. It’s at best a grey area. Could the stuff Blaire put up be admitted in court on its own? Probably not. But it does raise enough probable cause for actual law enforcement to start digging, should they be so inclined.

Perhaps the most hilarious thing in all of this is the dude that contact Yaniv to film a “documentary” about him appears to be a very prolific gay porn producer. I mean “Yaniv! The Porn Parody” has such horrifying possibilities.
 
This is a terrible play by Blaire, literally giving up any sort of high ground that was possibly there and basically knocking down the entire op because he didn’t like the actions of the mole.

Both of them did really pull off the act quite well though in the call, kudos to that.
