I feel a little dumb, though I will say I really didn't want to click on that video.
Finding those two girls seems like an incredible long shot. I've been going through the all the adjacent year videos seeing if they show up again no luck so far, but it is slow going because this is some awful stuff to watch. Honestly the only things that I could imagine working at this point would be asking attendees or checking the yearbooks of local high schools or middle schools.
Still, the Jaw is damned by her own standard of evidence. The girls look to be underage. They are dressed as underage characters, one being 11-13 and the other being 15, and she's talked about sexualizing underage girls.
So how long until her side drops her? Or is she too essential to the claims to be dropped?

It would be better to search convention photos rather than the videos. More people get their photo taken than participate in the masquerade. I found some cosplayers from Anime Central 2004 that might be them.

Everyone on the KickVic side seems to have some sort of villianous personality. It's strangely fitting. We got a villian that enters turbo-sperg mode made possible by his CPAP machine, we got a West Nile survivor with speech issues, a two-faced villian with a notable jawline etc.
