Finally, that bad man Nick is going to get dragged to court for being an evil rapist. What do you mean the subpoena is just to ask him unrelated questions that Nick could be a dick and fight against just to waste MoRonicas time/money? Preposterous.

I mean, these are the people that thought Funimation's answer (especially the affirmative defense that Vic was libel-proof) was an epic dunk, and the very act of filing a bloated TCPA was doom for the lawsuit, and so on.
 
I thought Kaylyn’s preferred method of suicide was to use a shotgun, much like her buddy did over half a decade ago now.

It would be a fitting way for her to end her own life—by exercising her God-given right to bear arms.

That subpoena will expose Nick for the serial harasser he is! It will reveal all the back door dealings that he, Vic, and Ty have been making to ensure their evil vile victory over Vic's victims! He will be dragged to prison where he will be executed for his grievous crimes against women.... or at least that's what Marzgurl probably thinks will happen. I dunno. I'm not bat shit insane like she is.

Not to mention that it'll cost the defendants thousands of dollars and even if they "win" and get Nick into a deposition it'll almost certainly produce nothing of value to their case.

Yea, I don't know what they hope to achieve. I'm pretty sure Nick would be happy to be deposed and tell his sources of where he's getting information from, on top of the GoFundMe, which I don't see why they think trying to take it down is a good option at all.

You would think that the GoFundMe money she used to "try" to form a lawsuit against YellowFlash and her "harassers" would have helped in her understanding what this means, but apparently not.

Her tweet about never feeling so alive was pathetic. Why she sees this as some sort of victory is lunacy. I mean what happen to the mountain of evidence that was going to destroy Vic & leave no doubt in everyone's mind that he was guilty of the accusations? I guess they all conveniently forgot about that,because if it existed or they had anything at all why this desperation tactic? It's comical that they have resorted to this & proves that they in fact have nothing on Vic.
 
What I don't get is why anyone is celebrating any motion in a lawsuit. Both sides have been pretty dumb about this, but Kaylyn acted like a super sped over a notice of intent to depose.

I just don't understand. How is any of that exciting? You're going to be 40 sooner than you think, Kaylyn, act your fucking age.
