Is it common to address people using Ma'am/Sir/Miss/Etc in the US? I ask because it's incredibly uncommon to refer to someone in that way where I live. My interactions basically never involve gender. Everything is neutral- Hi. Hello. How can I help you today. Did you find everything you needed. Come back again soon. Thanks for shopping. I think I've had someone refer to me as Miss once in my life, so I really struggle with wrapping my head around the respect muh pronouns shtick when it's so unusual here and the only time I use them myself is when referring to someone who isn't there or writing about them.
My point was more that the supervisor could respect the request, so long as the troon was still doing their job correctly, was clean, and not causing undue drama in the workplace. Either way both of them appear to be idiots and the troon was definitely looking to become a little richer and a little more well known.
Every article makes this story more bullshit.
How did it continue though? Was it his social media posts because that's not something a company had the right to control. Is it customers mis-gendering them? again, not something that anything can be done about.

Definitely, especially to a Starbucks employee if you need to get his or her attention after the normal interaction at the register. "Excuse me?" is one way, but I usually go with "sir?" or "miss?" because that's more clear who I'm referring to. Most of the time. Hi, hello, and hey are good for greetings but are shit for getting someone's attention.

I'm starting to think that as these situations become more frequent, people will be reluctant to interact/give jobs to trans people, even the ones that just want to fade in the background and live their lives. If you have one of the psycho ones, that throws a temper tantrum because a colleague or a client misgendered him, you risk to be sued by the tranny or sued by the client who was threatened. Last year one of them kept a female coworker at knifepoint "because misgendering", who the fuck would take the risk to cope/work with people who are so easily triggered?

The Sir/Ma'am appellate is likely somewhat regional but for the most part, nearly all customer service positions encourage staff to use the titles. It's easy to mess things up, especially over the phone, but tbh most adults who get 'misgendered' just get annoyed, correct the CSR, and then everyone moves on. Only troons go ballistic, even lispy fags like carlos maza will just move on.

The weird part of "misgendering" is that it's almost unheard of to refer to a person directly by gendered or sexed pronouns. When you're talking to another person one-on-one, you're mostly using second-person pronouns, like this.
In a workplace situation, I can imagine Wade's boss saying something like, "Hey, go help him [Wade] on the register" to another employee during a hectic moment, forgetting that he's supposed to refer to Wade as a woman. That isn't harassment. Hell, even the manager intentionally saying, no, I don't see you as a woman, isn't harassment. It might be rude, but lots of things are rude, like pressuring your coworkers and boss to change their mental conception of you while threatening legal action if they refuse or even have difficulty remembering your preferences.
Like, I went by a nickname when I was younger, before deciding that I liked my given name better. I now introduce myself as my given name, but old friends still call me by my nickname, and even new people who meet me often hear others call me by my nickname and start using it as well. I could complain about it, because these people--people who claim to care about me--are blatantly ignoring my preferred self-presentation, but it's, you know, not a big deal.
I can tell other people that I see myself as buff, absolutely shredded, as much as I want, but they still have the right to see me as a twig. If I did become completely jacked, they could still see me and refer to me as a skinny weakling if they wanted to, though they probably wouldn't at that point, since most people's view of reality has some basis in what they see as true.
We can't control how others view us or refer to us; we can only modify how we present ourselves to the world and hope that our actions will have whatever desired effect on our appearance to others. Trans activism like this seeks to police our perception of reality and control how we talk and what we say, and it's honestly pretty dystopian.

Yep, trannies treat misgendering like it’s unique to them when it’s really not. Just look at jokes about Justin Bieber, like half of them are about how much he looked like a girl as a teenager and other half is about killing him for being annoying. While it might be more common for gender nonconforming folks everyone gets misgendered sometimes, even super manly men and girly ladies. Some of it is people being jerks but mostly it’s just people making mistakes, saying something that’s sounded better inside their heads or otherwise just have foot in mouth moments. Reasonable people just learn to get over themselves, maybe bitch about it to friends and move on.
Many trannies treat people making reasonable assumptions and mistakes as horrible personal attacks and as such are pretty annoying to be around. This isn’t helped by current SJW social media culture that’s treats trannies like little babies unable to handle world and in need of constant protection. If a tranny gets hurt, even if it’s their own fault, somebody needs to pay and the society needs change so that it can’t happen ever again. Destroying business, hobbies, reputations and lives of others is perfectly reasonable price to protect these innocent oppressed victims of uncaring world. If a trans person came looking for job I wouldn’t recommend hiring them unless you are extremely sure they are reasonable person, it’s just not worth the risk.

Many people will end up like that at this rate. A troon chimping out for being misgendered or hearing their deadname is not worth the hassle nor the risk. Problem is that you will be hard pressed to find a trans person that actually is self conscious and thinks that they should probably not make a huge stink over some petty mistake some inconsequential or recently met person just made.
I thank god that the few trans people i know behave like fucking normal human beings and not autistic imbeciles.

I'm pretty sure that the reason why crazier troons have a job is because their employer is trying a PR stunt with the LGBT community. It's kind of similar as to why companies hires certain tards, except that the U.S. government isn't footing the bill for being "inclusive."

I think this is funny, the larger nose and mouth that this man has is a physical advantage because it gets more into his massive lungs leading to a higher metabolism and muscle function, yet he has no physical advantage. I might be inclined to be more lenient if this person had started hormones at an early age, had a smaller frame, and actually looked like a woman, but this is a straight-up male. Mum Rosana Cândido, 27, and Kacyla Pessoa, 28, of Brazil, stabbed the boy over a dozen times and removed all the skin from his face before butchering his body.
The pair were said to have even used a knife to try to gouge out the boy’s eyeballs to prevent possible recognition.
They bodged a bid to burn some of him on a barbecue so stuffed his remains in a suitcase dumped in a sewer, police said.
Other parts were found in two backpacks at their home in Brazil.
The lovers are said to have confessed all to horrified cops in Samambaia, about 20 miles from capital Brasilia.
They face homicide, torture and concealing a corpse charges.
In a gory twist, they are also accused of tearing off Cândido’s son Rhuan’s penis a year ago during horrifying home-made surgery.
The two women are said to have told investigators they used “rudimentary tools” because Rhuan "wanted to become a girl.”
Local reports say: “After removing his penis, the women said they sewed an improvised version of the female organ onto the mutilated area.”
Cândido reportedly claimed the lad was a “burden” and a hindrance to her relationship with Pessoa.
She also "felt hatred and no love" for him because he reminded her of father, who allegedly abused her.
Rhuan's dad, who lives in Acre, is said to have told officers that Cândido run away with the boy five years ago when he lost custody
She then went to live with Pessoa and her daughter, who, now aged nine, has been put into care.
Police chief Guilherme Melo said that the cruelty of the crime had shocked hardened investigators.
“She killed her son, quartered, decapitated, plucked the skin and tried to get rid of the body. It was a very terrible case,” he told O Tempo.

I was a bit surprised (although by now I shouldn't be) to find that the poor kid had his penis removed a year before his murder. They are trying to excuse it as a trans thing. But they tortured and mutilated him because they hated him so much. I hope that no wackos try to paint this as violence against a transgirl. Because that is very obviously not the case. These dumpy wastes of skin both deserve the death penalty. I don't know what kind of laws they have in Brazil but I hope they are execution happy in circumstances like this.

Both of these women clearly should be locked up in an asylum for the rest of their natural lives, but I don't believe in euthanizing the deranged unless they are a danger to the public at large with no hope of cure (and even then, I still believe it to be immoral, but accept the act as necessary). These women are clearly only a danger to small children, and should be placed in an environment where they will never have any contact with small children again.
