Great job, man! So much more suspenseful than the original thanks to the more intense perspective. Kinda feels like those comic pages you'd get in old Nintendo Power issues.

Finally finished page 8.
Honestly I was dreading this splash panel so I took the easy way out and cleaned up Chris's layout for my convenience. Couldn't make a lot of jokes since there's nothing really going on in this page. Surprisingly the funnest thing to draw were the little devil trolls.

Yours might be my favorite depiction of Hobochu... I mean, Collosal Chan yet, he's so bulbous and bouncy! Also love the sytlishly limited color palette, really makes everything pop.
No word of a lie, I had to rewatch the audiobook version of this page to try and figure out what was going on and what a "tower pack" is.
Still not sure I understand.

I just realized how tall the 4-Cent Building is. It’s almost the same size as the fucking Yokohama Landmark Tower. The way Chris illustrates the scale of the tower seems off.
