IKR? They really pulled a fast one on us for the opening of season 2 with Casey Erick pulling a sleazy tactic to get Vic's deposition without his clients getting deposed. Our main protagonist, Ty Beard, didn't fall for this trick and now dragged those snowflakes into court to answer everything.
Tune is for the next exciting episode of Ty Beard: Savior of Anime where he takes on an orca gang with his bare hands.

If you read the tweets, she was actually told she couldn't stay there due to it being an age restricted community (55+) and those communities are notorious for being strict on the age stipulation. If you're found letting people live in your place who don't meet the age requirement they could outright force you to sell the property and leave the community. Her dad was cool with her staying with him if not for the community restrictions. Marzgurl later changed the story to be about kicking her out because she liked a facebook post about football players kneeling and that he had become a hard alt-right freedom hater.

Yeah pretty much. I know someone that is only allowed to stay with his parents because he's been designated their caretaker. It's a job. Maybe she didn't want to do the caretaking part so she got the boot.

It depends on circumstances. The rules for 55+ communities are the primary homeowner must be 55+. The other residents can be below that age so long as they are direct family members and do not exceed the allowed occupancy and vehicles for the property. The exception is School Aged Children. They are hard limited to 30 day stays. 60 days if you file for special needs. But no more. Strictly enforced. This is because those communities are exempt from local school taxes. To maintain that exemption they cannot be using school services. While the communities tend to frown a little at residents below 30, they generally don’t mind something like a Grandchild staying while attending College. So long as they are quiet, rule abiding, and preferably know CPR. (No sane college student would long tolerate life in “Fun City”)
Where things get stricter is if Dad is simply renting a house in such a Community. The property owners will be more restrictive as they don’t want to get slammed for renting to underaged occupants.
