It's likely she was given a walk out prescription. Unless this is no longer a thing. Some ERs will write you a drug receipt to be filled at what ever pharmacy you use. I've never heard of it used for drugs with street value though. She could have gotten this receipt, gone to her local pharmacy of choice, hand it over. They call what ever number pharmacy use to verify the receipt is real, and then she has the stuff. She pays cash on the barrel head at Walmart. I doubt Walmart even passed along her actual name to the ER Doctor.
This practice is more common in rural areas where there's simply not normal doctors all over.

The video says it is age restricted based on community guidelines. If a creator age restricts a video it says its age restricted at the uploaders request. Youtube put that warning there. Ha. The plot thickens. much like AL herself.

I don't think youtube works that way. Fwiw I'm pretty sure the people from the facebook group have been reporting her videos for a long time and nothing ever came of it, not even when she filmed Becky driving drunk and stuff like that.

She's scared, and probably seething in private.
Amber made a video when she was still living in Florida complaining about the deductions on paychecks (things like social security and maybe taxes).
This woman, who was raised on tax payers' money, got food stamps after she turned 18 and lived off her girlfriends and gf's families, was livid to learn that her hard earned money was being taken from her to go to other people.
I've said it before, Amber has no concept of future, and as such, the meaning of insurance is completely foreign to her. Not only it's something abstract, in her head, if she doesn't use it, she's wasting money.
Simple: "lose" your only ID (which shouldn't even be an excuse anymore, because she'd need a KY ID now), have no bank account, make sure rent and utilities aren't in your name.
I don't think she makes up names since I don't think she, and the ones she surrounds herself with, have the brain power to keep something like that going for more than a few seconds.
It's hard to say if debt collectors are knocking on her door, but judging by how startled she gets whenever there is a knock on the door, I'd say there might be.
This to me is the most interesting one of the bunch. Didn't the video where she said she won't share her "weight loss journey" anymore (again) came out on Friday?

seeing AL running (ok, not really running) scared is surprisingly satisfying. it also shows how little she really thinks about the future -- or, more likely, all her thoughts of the future are limited to what she's going to eat/buy. i guess it never crossed her mind that a day might come when she wouldn't be able to live off her youtube earnings. she's gotta be too immobile to be employable at this point, and has necky as a dependent, but she really thought she could endlessly put out weak content with click-bait titles while living it up with hannah and rafe. what a dumbfuck.

Thank God YouTube put up that impenetrable fortress called "age-restricted" to keep impressionable youngsters from having their minds bent by the word "taco" They'll never figure out a way around that, and their minds and souls will remain unsullied by filth that would have seemed tame on a late 1970's network sitcom. 70's sitcoms had better writers though.
