Phil is undoubtedly lying about his financial situation, especially with Kat’s $15 / hr full-time income entering the equation. He may even be receiving discounted health insurance through her employer. As long as he refuses to provide evidence, all we can do is speculate. Remember: Phil is not a smart man, but he only needs to be smarter than his paypigs and Kat. His streams are now such bland hand-holding affairs that a Twitch ban looks unlikely. It took Leanna years to escape; expect the same for Kat. I fear that Phil is quite secure for the immediate future.

He won't because he's not really desperate enough to convert useless statues into a discount on his taxes.

One point is also he never donates anything to charity, except empty game boxes or something he gets for free

I think he'd rather keep them - even though they remain in storage basically and he probably never looks at them.

Why keep old video game statues if you don't have them out, especially when you have a 4 bedroom mansion they could be spread out in?

If he DID sell them, knowing his mind, I think he'd want 1.5-2x the value of each; given they are 'rare' / have sentimental value

I know he wouldn't want to ship them (too much work for a pro gamer)...BUT he would never want people coming to his house to collect them; so I’m guess hes stuck with them

What is he going to do if he gets the $16k? The same thing he does after every begathon... Coasts through the next couple of months until tax season rolls around again, and instead of a leap from $4k-$5k (I genuinely don’t know how much he made last year) to $16k, he might get up to $30k+ next year...

Phil just has no foresight when it comes to his situation. He has no concept of ANYTHING long term. He doesn’t think ahead and it’s going to fuck him in the long run.

Of course, this is assuming he’s telling the truth and if he doesn’t get $16k extra by April he’s done for. However, Phil’s track record is fucking disgusting, but there is one thing I can say about DSP; he’s predictable.

What I’m thinking?

Do you guys remember a few years back, a bunch of games were being funded on Kickstarter? There were quite a few who were literally thousands of dollars away from their goal, yet at the very end of the campaign a mystery donor (allegedly someone involved with the project) comes along and drops the remainder.

I have a feeling that Phil might raise $2k-$9k extra (I’m being extremely generous with this, so far it’s not looking like Phil has luck on his side) of the $16k he needs. When the deadline arrives, he’s going to claim that someone somewhere gave him the rest of what he needs. There will be no proof that this happened, and he’s just gonna drop it, never engaging in conversation regarding the $16k... Or you just end up getting banned and he won’t even address it. It’s gonna be a similar situation with the last DSP tries it where I (and a bunch of others) asked quite politely if he had any info about it and ended up permab&.

I just feel like this is a pretty elaborate and we couldn’t be so lucky to finally witness the fall of Fap And Shill With Darksfadil.

You know that experience would make for an epic pre-stream meltdown and then detractors would relay the headline when he inevitably snaps as, 'DSP says Goodwill should go fuck themselves!'


Also I didn't notice, did anyone catch what he threw away at the dump? Usually the type of shit you haul to the dump is large furniture, and I have this autistic theory about why he won't show us his dining roon, living room, bedroom, Kat's "office", etc.

I can hear the post-break up word salad now: Well first I had to pay to fly her out, then I had to buy her all new stuff for reasons I won't talk about...new clothes, new phone, new driver's license - so she could drive MY car to work everyday - putting tons of miles on it and costing me a fortune in gas. I wonder if he’ll be able to be mature enough and just say this is good news or he’s his usual self and goes on a rant about how it was always a dumb idea and Nintendo are a bunch of thieves.

We can be sure that he'll go on a lengthy diatribe about Nintendo finally coming to their senses (logically this will bring them in line with Phil's stance, which is always correct) and make himself sound like an exceptional individual in the process, much like the other day when he gave the class yet another lesson on the inner workings of YouTube's advertisement revenue, algorithms, and how to properly operate a video-sharing website that is one of the most trafficked places on the worldwide web.

Isn't Phil's chat always in Follower Only Mode? On the 19th, I saw a Mod accidentally turn it off, forcing Phil to quickly turn it back on himself
