Angry Customer Destroys GameStop Store Over Inability To Return ‘Fallout 76’

The sad reality here is that this store is going to get written up by the district manager for allowing this customer to storm out of the store in a fit of rage without trying to sell him on a year subscription of Game Informer magazine, including the 10% used game and accessory discount card which basically pays for itself after just a few transactions.
Don't forget the premier gaming magazine, Game Informer! Totes not biased or in any sort of conflict of interest, especially because it's owned by gamestop and you all know you can trust gamestop!
Power to the paypigs players!

I once got in trouble for selling the discount card on the basis of the discount and not extolling the virtues of the magazine, or trying to say the magazine comes with the discount which they say makes the magazine sound cheap. Fuck Gamestop, I can't wait for it to close.

I feel bad for the basketball American but i also feel bad for the clerks, I've worked retail, they know the return policy is bullshit and picking all that shit up is going to be soul destroying.
In the case of retail, are they able to sell the merchandise he knocked over? The cards he knocked over and stepped on should be fine, but if they were bent or damaged would they have to pitch them?

Everybody is autistic in this story. None deserve mercy. That video is pretty damn entertaining, though.

i'm finding it hard to fault the manager here. even if he was being overly strict and could have done more to be helpful/accommodating, nothing could have justified trashing an entire store like that.

This looks staged in my opinion. Some dude was recording this before the refund guy went ape shit. Maybe there was a heated argument off-camera but this just seems suspicious to me.

he does seem suspiciously calm during the beginning of the video. there's no reason at all to be recording until the last few seconds.

FINALLY US GAMERGATERS (Hail rapists and smashing up indie homos) have proof we have more minorities then SJWS.

As Chrono in Chrono Trigger said "Suck my salty black nut bag, queermos."

Those prepaid cards he knocked over aren't activated until they go through the check out. they're literally worthless, if they aren't too damaged they might try a save a em to put back on the display. It's not a big deal at all since companies that provide them take such a large cut of each sale they don't normally charge to resupply.

Listen, we all knew fallout was gonna suck, especially day one fallout. You dropped 70 bucks on that when red dead is available, that's on you.

Who would win? Sam "He can't keep getting away with it" Hyde, or Todd "Don't believe his lies" Howard?

Scenario:
Sam Hyde has stolen the source code for Skyrim on the pacemaker, and Todd wants it back

Ah Brian. Clearly a veteran retail clerk. Customer screams, rages, breaks and destroys?

So what? It's just another day in retail.

This is a daily thing in retail stores. Giving in to emotions is how the customer wins. Answering that phone calmly was Brian's "Fuck you" to that guy.

Maybe he thought "It's that guy again" and dealt with similar shit from him before, only this time it resulted in property damage.

I am actually glad at this outburst. Now I know to hold off buying Fallout 76 until it's been patched a few times. Bethesda forgot to put in anti-cheating code among other oversights. That's like designing a car and not putting in brakes.

Going out on a limb and guessing this piece of trash did not have a father in the household or strong male influence "growing up".

Also would put money on his momma, auntie, grand-momma or whoever would still proclaim his innocence if charged, despite video evidence.

The guy is already mad when the recording starts, you can hear it in his voice. Chances are he went through the motions of returning and was vocal with his displeasure of the game and probably the clerk asking for specific information. The clerk even said to him that he could give him store credit, but that guy didn't want anything to do with it.

This guy reminds me of those assholes that protested out in front of the BP gas stations around the time of that huge oil spill in the gulf of New Mexico.

As if the people working at those gas station were at all related to the people responsible for the actual disaster.

Congratulations, you've done it.

Fallout is dying, and YOU killed it. Malicious trolls, ingrates and children alike, cheering as the metacritic score plummets along with any chance of me visiting this cesspit of a board ever again. I'll say it again:

Fallout is dying because you wanted it to.

Every MMO has a rocky start. Every Bethesda game has a couple of bugs. Yet... somehow this is suddenly the end of the world. Somehow it's only worth mentioning when you can spitefully use it as ammunition as needed. Well, you've taught Bethesda a valuable lesson: Fallout isn't worth it. Not when nobody but adults serious about gaming and capable of acting as such (the minority, it seems) want a fun, fleshed out multiplayer experience. I hope you're fucking ashamed of yourselves.

Don't think this'll stop at Fallout, either. TES VI? Won't be needing a fleshed out world, "gamers" don't want that anymore. Starfield? Let's just scrap the in-depth customization and emergent gameplay because clearly it didn't fucking work with 76, people hated it! Just check the boxes that gamers REALLY want: singleplayer, a few NPCs, and absolutely nothing to do but read dialogue. That's a *REAL* RPG!

This entire board is fucking filth. Maybe I'll come back in a few years and chuckle at the people crying over how terrible TES VI and Starfield are, and how they miss Fallout. Just remember: you wanted it this way.

Anyways, I've said my piece. Let the rampant shitposting continue.

Ok which one of you faggots is this?
