Twitter 11/2 - Kitties are sick, Chris lies about needing funds - 11/6 - Patches, after being taken to vet multiple times, passes away

Damn it, I'm beginning to feel pretty A-Log about this. Mainly because animals are involved, but the Sonichu Merch guy seems benevolent (so far) in his intentions and Chris took advantage of that.

As he does with everything/everyone else.

How long before he plays victim?

I'm actually speechless. Not out of shock, but out of fucking rage. At this point, euthanasia seems like the best option.

Oh, I don't mean for the kittens. I mean for Chris

Cats don't require much when they're not sick. If you let them come and go, they don't even necessarily need food. I've been around barn cats that no one ever cares for and they do perfectly fine on their own.]

Will have to politely disagree with you, on that front. Cats are social creatures; whether it be from other cats or their human owners.

And not just for food/shelter/cuddles - but actual interaction; namely, playing with them (cat toys, laser pointers, etc), talking to them, etc.

Sure, they're largely self reliant - which is why they make such awesome pets - but they crave attention.

The kittens would not be feral, especially since Chris is interacting with them, for better or for worse. The socialization window for kittens is about 8 weeks on average, so they have had enough contact with humans that they wouldn't be at the feral level. But their feelings on humans might not be the best while under Chris' care. The mother is very likely feral, and that's where the issue lies.

A mother cat can get knocked up pretty quickly after her kittens are weaned, which will probably happen. The mom would be my priority to get fixed right now. TNR programs have expanded a lot in the last decades, so there are clinics who specialize in feral TNR at a reduced cost, or even for free. I know of clinics that will cut costs heavily or entirely if you can prove your income is below a certain bracket. They lend you the trap after you put down a deposit, you trap the cat, bring it to the program/clinic itself, and pick it up after the cat is spayed/neutered. They clip off a small bit of the cat's ear so that if it gets caught, people know that it's been fixed. They also did tattoos, but I think that's being phased out.

Maybe it's nihilism on my part, but I don't see the kittens being taken from Chris unless the situation gets dire for them. I'm not sure about this time of year, but animal shelters can't always take in animals because there's just too many. I've spent days going down a list of local shelters calling to see if they were able to take even 3 kittens.

I hope that the ointment Chris is getting from chewy.com is safe to use on kittens. He claims they're over six weeks, but with medication, weight needs to be considered. While the kittens don't look like skin and bones, I hope (:optimistic:) Chris reads the instructions and doesn't let Magi-Chan or whomever play vet tech.

Because I've dealt with so many kittens, I really cannot stress the importance of TNR. Stray cats, unfortunately, have a shitty life no matter what, but TNR programs prevent the cycle of more cats being born into a shitty situation. Less pissing and yowling, too. Everyone wins!

I don't like poop-touching, but I think supporting TNRs/humane societes would be the most productive way to go about the situation. Google gave me a list of Virginia spay/neuter programs, and the humane society in Ruckersville has its own TNR program according to this website. It sounds callous, but even if Patches & co. can't be saved, they could be a force of good. You could donate in honor of Patches or something like that. That way you know your money is going to a good cause, and not a Lego set.

EDIT: The kittens are old enough to be taken from their mother. Taking away a mother cat's kittens isn't morally nice, but it's not something majorly traumatic. Stray cats can't afford that kind of emotional hang-ups, unfortunately. If the mother is feral, it would be impossible for Chris to take her in. Normally, in the hands of someone competent, taking away kittens from a feral mother at the appropriate age isn't bad, because otherwise the kittens would grow up feral once the mother moves them to a spot where Chris couldn't find them, which a mother cat will do once she knows that her "hiding spot" for her kittens has been found. But competent is something Chris certainly is not. The best thing for the mother is to have her fixed in a few weeks, when it's safe for her.

Taking the kittens from their mother is the "right thing" to do in theory; it's just that Chris shouldn't be the one to do it.

It's times like these I'm glad the Lovequest is over. Imagine Chris keeping up with a baby's shots, feeding it proper food, dealing with a sick baby screaming in his ear after a sleepless 36 hours.

I'm not sure what's going on. Chris isn't answering my messages this morning. But I'm glad he's getting all of this heat. From what I could tell last night he was having an autismo breakdown under all the pressure.

Caught him lying multiple times in the last few days.

Yeah, this should be the top priority. This Magi-chan imposter has been posting on Chris' twitter for months and getting him to run scams like the trip to Hawaii. Do we even know what that scheme was to intended to pay for? Convincing Chris you're Magi-chan is like getting the keys to his life.

Who cares.

I just want the animals safe.

First, holy shit, a lot has gone on while I was able to get a good night's 15 hour sleep. Working for a Wedding is rough and I needed the sleep.

Second, between all one of the lines, one of the biggest things that disgusts me about all this is how he insists on forcing the word "Merger" into this like ADF always tries to force "Trans" into everything he says. Like, he's genuinely concerned these kitties that showed up randomly (just like that Pikachu his imagination met at Target) are supposed to be a part of his whole fantasy. Like what the fuck? Is he expecting them to turn into some kind of 2D animated cartoon cats? Does he want a trio of Meowth, Garfield, and Heathcliff?

Chris is doing sick things to animals for the sake of his Sister Dimension shit.

(And yes, I know me realizing this is :late::late::late: now, but like I implied, I've been too busy to really keep up with the details of this current going-on.)

It's Saturday morning and early in the month so I really have no doubt he's off at Target or a local game shop blowing hundreds of dollars on toys and games, then buy $100 worth of junk food at Walmart.

That Sonichu merch person learned really fast about what it's like to be nice to Chris. He should sell that merch and not give Chris any money or an avenue to promote/distribute the shit Chris makes now. I try to have 0 feelings one way or the other about Chris but he does not deserve any kindness. He's like a black hole where all money and goodwill is sucked in and destroyed. Even if all Idea Guys were gone and there was a fulltime wrangler, I don't think there's any redemption for him.

That's what I'm thinking right now
It’s all very telling that rather than help the mother cat, that Chris is only “helping” the cute cuddly kittens. The cute cuddly kittens that can’t do anything about anything because they aren’t old enough to be on their own.

Chris can’t have his own baby, so he will just steal someones else’s.

Only one cat has seen the vet. He's lying.

Edit: I think the mother was simply left outside.

Fucking disgusting. Those poor kittens have no clue what has happened. When kittens are this young, they wander everywhere looking for their mother cat. And these are supposed to be siblings too, this is even worse.
