Saxony's attorney general is investigating the dispute on Chemnitz city festival
Update of 27 August, 19:19: Saxony's Attorney General Hans Strobl has taken over the investigation of the violent clashes on the edge of the Chemnitz City Festival. The Special Unit Central Office for Extremism Saxony (ZESA), which was set up two years ago, will carry out further investigations, the Prosecutor General's Office announced on Monday evening in Dresden.

"We want to keep the investigation focused and accelerated, so that the alleged perpetrators can be brought to justice as soon as possible," said Strobl. The Saxon Minister of Justice Sebastian Gemkow (CDU) stated that the "swift work of the public prosecutor's office Chemnitz and the police" to the death of a 35-year-old man and several cases of grievous bodily injury had quickly led to first results. These deeds must be cleared up quickly.

"But with the same resolve, we will continue to investigate the subsequent riots," asserted Gemkow. Therefore, it is correct that Strobl has taken over the investigation. "The monopoly on power lies solely with the state, and we will act consistently against those who do not accept it," said the Minister of Justice.

Kleinen Moment, dazu muss ich erst Frau Merkel anrufen, um zu erfahren was ich sagen darf.

Hunting scenes by rights in Chemnitz - city festival canceled
Update from 27th August, 6.30 clock: The spontaneous deployment of hundreds of people after the violent death of a 35-year-old Germans in Chemnitz busy on Monday police and city. A city spokesman said that the events of Sunday would have to be evaluated. The entire night, more and more emergency personnel were on the move in the city. "It was quiet. There were no special events at night, "said a spokesman for the police.

Rumors that the two suspects arrested near the crime scene are Syrian are not reported by the police. According to Tag24 it says: "As long as it is not clear whether the two detainees are suspects, there is no statement about nationality." In the dispute, a total of "a maximum of ten people" have been involved, the police said.

According to Tag24, right-wing hooligans from the football scene took part in the demo. First, it was said that the city festival was terminated prematurely for reasons of piety after the death on Sunday. But in truth, there were probably also safety concerns, as the police admitted in a press conference: "It was feared that football fans from all over Saxony and Brandenburg could come to Chemnitz.Cops from Dresden and Leipzig were deducted from football and relocated to Chemnitz." On the Internet there was, among other things, the appeal of the group "Heimat und Tradition Chemnitz Erzgebirge", where it was said: "Let us show together who has the say in the city."

According to police, it remained with bottle throwing and right slogans. On the Internet, however, are also circulating shots that show how police and foreign-looking people were attacked. An image reporter witnesses this : "In the Johannis car park, isolated rights literally hunted down a group of young foreigners."

Menschen, die in Chemnitz "für Ordnung sorgen" wollen.
Und die Polizei, die von solchen Leuten eine Stufe runter aufs Kreuz geworfen wird.

Stadtfest Chemnitz canceled because of hooligans: Mayor "horrified"
Update from 26th August, 22.10 Uhr : "If I see what has developed here in the hours on Sunday, then I am horrified," said Mayor Barbara Ludwig (SPD) the MDR. "The fact that it is possible that people meet, accumulate and thus bring a city festival to demolition, run through the city and threaten people - that's bad." Initially, the organizers had given pious reasons for the demolition of the festival.

According to the police, there had been several calls on the Internet on Sunday to find themselves in the city center. According to the information, at around 3:00 pm around 100 people gathered there . This was trouble-free. This meeting was based on a call of the Alternative for Germany (AfD). This was followed by another meeting at 16.30 . According to media reports, the ultra-football association Kaotic Chemnitz had called for this meeting. At the second meeting, according to police, about 800 people participated .

"The group of people did not respond to the police response and showed no willingness to cooperate," the officials said. The grouping had suddenly set in motion. The police were initially only with little force on site, it said. Other emergency services came from Dresden and Leipzig at this time. The accumulations had gradually dissolved in the evening. According to the police, four ads are being processed, including two for assault, one for threat, and one for resisting law enforcement officials.

Right demo in Chemnitz: bottles thrown in the direction of the police
Update from 26th August, 21.49 clock: In the protest trains on Sunday through Chemnitz it came to clashes with the police, according to the police department Chemnitz. About 800 people gathered at the famous Karl Marx Monument and then moved through the city center. There were bottles thrown in the direction of the police. At least one officer was injured in a riot, a police spokeswoman said to AFP.

The police initially had four complaints: "These are two assault charges, one threat report and one ad for resisting law enforcement officers."

According to the newspaper Freie Presse , the demonstrators followed the call for a right-wing ultra football association that had called on Facebook to "show who in the city has to say that." Users of the short message service Twitter wrote about hunting scenes on migrants. The police spokeswoman could give no information in this regard.

Apparently, the police was initially overwhelmed with the situation: the official was initially "only with little force on the ground". Therefore, forces of the Saxon riot police were relocated to Chemnitz. "The forces will also be present at night in the city," said the police department Chemnitz.

The cause of the protests was the death of a 35-year-old German at night on Sunday. According to the police, it was around 3:15 clock come to a "violent confrontation between several people of different nationalities."Three men aged 33, 35 and 38 years were seriously injured. The 35-year-old succumbed to his injuries later in the hospital. According to the free press , the murder weapon is supposed to be a later-found knife.R

Last time this happened we got WW2. If pendulum theory rings true just imagine what effect that will have on the EU as a whole.

America and Russia to the rescue 2.0?
The Russians would probably be more interested in reinstating the Warsaw Pact than fixing Germany's ills. But I don't think anyone's going to start shit with NATO just because a few tanned Germans go missing.

"Vote for us or the other guys will take your gibs" is a fear-mongering tactic that works pretty well.
CDU (Merkel's party) isn't really the immigration-friendly party though. Every other party (with enough votes to enter parliament) except for the AFD is more pro-immigration than the CDU.
It's also partnered with the Bavarian CSU which is very vocal against immigration.

If you want to see what the lead up to Hitler and WW2 looked like, take a close look at Venezuela today. That’s the real danger spot. That is exactly what Weimar Germany looked like. Europe will simply return to its traditional pack of xenophobic fiefdoms that traditionally hate each other, but don’t typically do much beyond hurling insults. Late 19th Century Europe is likely a better example. Grated that led to WW 1.

While they're at it, if that Karl Marx monument is government funded, why don't they try to get the funding pulled? He was just some crazy idiot who didn't know anything about anything and was easily refuted even in his own time.

I want to see the rank and file crazies eat the government/media companies for not suppressing the info about this good enough and why it makes the government/companies racist.

To be fair starting the Warsaw pact was part of the motivation for their involvement in WW2 early on. They wanted a piece of that Poland.

This is what happens when the state refuses their duty to protect the people, the people will protect themselves from the dangerous forces left to prey upon them. To condemn the men and women of Germany for taking up arms in their own defense is to demand of them suicide, and complicity in the murder if their families and children. No man possessing of morals or honor could do such a thing, and the positions thus expose themselves as craven inhumans.

If I could ask something of the Polizei, it would be this: Why do you wear that uniform? Is it to protect the citizenry? Or need you a butchers apron as you bare the throats of your people for the knives of invaders?

Ethnic Germans still wearing uniforms probably really do want to protect the citizenry. But the "new Germans" they've been hiring to the force probably want to spring for that apron. German cops [native ones] are still people and citizens of Germany too, so they see even more of the bullshit migrants cause than the average citizen does. They gotta be nearing their limit too.

The German cops are like Cops everywhere. They hate anything that makes their life difficult. In today's Germany, that is unrestricted migration from third world hell holes. Typical traditional German Citizens are among the worlds least likely to turn on police or authority with a weapon. The worst the cops typically face from them day to day is the crime of "Being German while Drunk". Which they are among the best in the world at dealing with. But the Migrants? Yeah guaranteed the cops hate them. They hate the migrant ghettos and the no go zones. They hate that they have been politically hobbled from dealing with actual violent crime by this group. When shit goes missing, they know exactly who is doing it. They would love to see this problem go away. Not because they are racist, but because cops everywhere inherently despise any population group that makes their life more difficult. and the German Migrants make the German Police's lives oh so very difficult.
