Yeah, RLS jokes aside, gabapentin has become the off-label swiss army knife of drugs and is a pretty boring one to find out she's on. I guess if we really need to make hay of it, she's claiming to use it as an anxiolytic (not "antianxieties") and that use was originally specifically for bipolar-with-anxiety, as the jury's out on whether or not it helps with regular anxiety. But it's being prescribed more and more for everything under the sun, so.

So, once again, Nora turns out to be boring.
 
I’m very disappointed that it’ll be next to impossible for her OD on them. Maybe Zinnia can recommend her some off brand meds.

Aside from use as a muscle relaxant and anti-convulsant, it's effectively generic in terms of effects, so it would serve as a alternative for an actual psychotrophic or similar medication. It's completely non-addictive as well.

In short, if I wanted a hypochondriac to shut up while still giving them a prescription, this would be more effective than a placebo while still causing them no long-term harm if they didn't need it.
 
You'd think @theralph would be a hero to Nora since the man he has an "actual record of physical violence" with was a cop, which Nora claims are all "bastards" or "bad." Instead Nora chimps out because Ralph reported on racist Sarah Jeong's tweets and is a few steps away from a retweet from the President of the United States of America. She is also butthurt that he has a Patreon and Twitter verified status.

This is one of the major things that sucks about these so-called Nazi punchers.

You think they'd love Ralph. All cops are Nazis, and he literally punched a cop. He literally punched a Nazi! Not even because he had some dumb ideology or anything, the dude just woke him up from his drunken bender on someone else's property, and he responded like any reasonable person would, by giving that pig with a gun a knuckle sandwich.

This fat cunt has never done that.

Vikings did have braids though. It might not have been very common for men to wear them, but viking women sporting braids was hardly an uncommon sight; old artifacts from the era prove this. They may not have looked identical to Afro style braids but to claim that vikings never wore braids and that it's just something that the evil whitey came up with is simply untrue (and that doesn't even account for all other non African cultures where such hairstyles were common).

Well yes, it wouldn't be Nora if she wasn't overly concerned with some kind of appropriation/representation, hating and insulting anyone who might disagree with her and being wrong on the facts as well.
 
It's obvious that Vikings went over to Africa, saw all the awesome hairstyles they had, swiped them (because hairdos can be stolen apparently), went back to Norway, and destroyed all evidence that they appropriated braids from black people.

The idea of braiding one's hair is a complex one that only the African race was capable of envisioning and whitey could never come up with ever.
 
She really is the master of DARVOing, isn't she? Says something stupid, attacks people for disagreeing with her, deletes it all, then blames them for making her feel bad, because now she's the victim of those awful, awful white people, with their facts and historical accuracy.

Reminds me of a bitchy high-school girl who, on getting called on her shit, starts to hyperventilate and make herself sick in order to try and regain sympathy and get people to stop confronting her with her own bullying.

Nora is so invested in her victim/outcast identity that she feels she needs to justify even the smallest gestures towards personal responsibility.
As if she's ever going to do the work that might actually help with her breathing problems, her walking problems, and her standing up problems. Gravity so ableist, yo.
