Eh, it won't matter much. His fans won't care plus he can just pull out his get out of jail free card by bringing up the escort story. This has more reliable facts then the escort story, but few if any of his fans would actually look. Phil may have known this would come one day because before she moved in he claimed she was being "evicted" from her place. Which isn't really a lie and Phil loves that semantic bullshit that he thinks covers his ass.

What nobody thought was this is where we would end up just because he said the words "new car" one day.

If there was a lawsuit, there should be a court case somewhere. Anybody got Lexis Nexis or CT court case googling skills?

Well, with this, there is actual stuff you can view. Whereas with the escort stuff, god fucking forbid you ask for proof beyond "just take it from me" that we had to deal with.

I don't have access to LexisNexis anymore, but it would make things easier if it was known who sued who and what insurance DSP had and all that. Plus what the ruling actually was, if it when went to court. I always thought Phil just got some random lawyer who sent a letter and they settled out of court right off the bat. I dunno what to believe anymore.
 
The car accident could be full of trademark dsp lies.

I know he said he got in an accident where someone "ran him off the road". He said this when bitching about his mom coming to the hospital and yelling at him for driving on that certain stretch of road.

It's my speculation that if this confrontation did happen, mom was pissed Phil was driving without his glasses on a road with poor visibility.

I have to guess that Phil invented the mystery mad man who made him crash because nothing is Phil's fault. It was the unsafe road. It was a driver with road rage. It was not blind ass Phil driving without glasses.

I can also see Phil fabricating a story about winning an epic court case and getting boat loads of money to impress his friends.

I can see how a few cuts and bruises can turn into Phil almost dying in the wreck. He did almost die when he got swatted.

I wish he came out and just said how much he made before. He said "I went from YT making 30-40% of my income to $10/day." Uhh... hmm... can we get some numbers for what your total income is? Or how much daily DSPGaming was pulling in for you??

He has made statements in the past that he had a CPM of around $2. If he was making around 1.5 mil views then he was probably making around $3k a month on YT. This extra few hundred on Patreon won't make up for that loss.

He is also draining his paypigs at a quick rate. I think its interesting that he is in the stage where he has to make concessions where he used to not have to. When tipped back in the day with a specific message of "this is for xx game" he would say "sorry but this is going straight to the bills." But when QueenFagginz gave Phil $100, Phil apparently is taking it on the caveat that he has to use it to buy the new Madden game to play. Its interesting that he is now in a corner where he has to concede to somebody elses request. The question is whether or not he will back out of that promise and if so, will Fagginz continue to give him money.

I believe those would have to be 2 different stories, the one about him getting ran off the road and his mother saying why did you drive on that highway against my wishes when he woke up was a high school tale that was a hit and run, if we’re to believe dave of course lol

I know we estimated him around a $2 CPM, and I believe you when you say he's made those statements in the past, but I'm just referring to his recent emergency video where he uses % of income as one measurement, and then $/day as another measurement when comparing DSPGaming to KOGaming. I'm just pointing out how disingenuous it is and how I wish he would openly admit to his fans how much he actually makes. I know that is pretty :optimistic: but it just goes to show how slimy he is when manipulating his audiences.

Your comment about the draining paypigs was something I almost went into in my video last night but I thought it would be too much of a tangent. Instead of trying to get new viewers to come to his channel, he's relying solely on the regulars, and expecting the big-spenders to make up the difference with their cheers and gifted subs. This is something I've seen Wizards of the Coast do with Magic: the Gathering. Their playerbase is leaving in the millions, but they're making up for the lost sales by pushing out additional supplemental product to go with the quarterly releases of new sets, so the fans that are still on board spend more money every year to make it look like the ship is afloat. But this is going to fatigue wallets to the point of disaster, and I think Phil is pushing his fanbase into a similar situation where they will run out of money to give, or realize that they can never give enough to satisfy the king pigroach.

Also, I don't think he would shit on Swagginz for giving him money for Madden, since he is regularly a big spender, but it is very hypocritical of him to accept the money for a game from one fan and refuse the money for a PS4Pro from another fan and put that towards bills supposedly.
 
So what exactly does dave think he’s going to gain from whatever this amazon miracle streaming service is? does he think his content will stand out and shine above everyone else uploading there? Does he think amazon will pay for his garbage? Does he think he’s small fanbase will matter at all on that site?

I just don’t understand his logic and praise for a future service like it’s some miracle cure.

I don't really get it, why do you hate DSP? I've watched most of the "This is how you don't play" and Snort Burnells videos. I mean he is a moron, and really bad at playing vidya, but except for that I wouldn't say he is funny or anything.
More like a "head-shaking-imbecility", mixed with greed and literally no common sense

EDIT: Disregard that, I never watched the ending of his MGS3 playthrough until now. What a fucking asshat. He can't even shut up during this amazing and beautiful ending. What a retarded manchild.
