You were being sarcastic, but that's technically correct by the definition of "rational." It doesn't mean "empirical evidence."
Usually the definition I follow on "rational" is "based on or in accordance with reason or logic." and as TL;DR is ignoring the things that would be logical to bring up because of his own heavy bias, i can't safely say him being one of those critical thinkers/skeptics on youtube is a thing.
If anything, I was poking at him trying to look like a level-headed individual when discussing incels but then ignores anything that may cause the view to appear level or neutral, and twisting what he does acknowledge because it's pretty much the elephant in the room (Toronto attack). For example; him ignoring the shudderingly large amount of proof that a lot of incels will ignore that it is sometimes a "them problem" for whatever reason (usually their mannerisms) and flat out denying it and blaming women for not dating them.
Hell i see a lot of people going off about "wahh women's fault for only wanting to date the top 20% of the population", which as well as not being a very attractive (whiny) mindset to be putting out there on the reg, is shifting the blame onto anyone but them, because it totally isn't on them to make any positive changes in their lives at all.
You cannot help people who refuse to help themselves.
