BabyMiku was someone who claimed to be a underage girl, people in your chat probably trolled thinking the person was lying. Then it eventually came out she was an actual 12 year old girl and BombJin continued on with his behaviour, there were apparently weird recording and messages leaked. Now Bombjin could have been joking around, in that case he is a fucking retard and deserves a lifetime ban for being so stupid for his own good or worst case scenario he was grooming her in that case he should be banned.

It was just a bunch of dumb people making stupid comments in a chat room about her, and some of them bordered on creepy (or endearing? I have no fucking idea how you can tell the difference in a chat room), and after the babymiku character started posting "questionable" stuff on ustream I just banned her because shit was way too memes for my community. No, I was talking to a friend trying to convince them not to kill themselves but I thought it would be a massive violation of their autonomy to turn them over to the police. I'm still not sure what the correct answer is, there. If both people are adults, and one person wants to commit suicide, do you have a right to remove that person's autonomy and forcibly "commit" them to an institution to prevent them from taking their own life?

1) I have no fucking idea. In some countries it's like 13 or 14, in others it's like 18. On one hand, I want to say that a 16 year old is too young/stupid to consent to sex, but as I get older now and approach 30 I honestly think 20 year olds are too fucking stupid to consent to fuck all as well. The idea that an 18 year old is an "adult" is laughable to me, and seeing how even some 22-23 year olds act....fuck mate, I have no fucking idea. I don't like the idea of a hard line "age of consent" thing because it betrays what informed consent actually means. It's possible to conceive of scenarios where 25 year olds can take extreme advantage of 18 year olds and where 22 year olds and 17 year olds can be on even ground.
The way that I view "relationships" in my life is a "life stages" kind of thing. I've dated a girl who was 26 while I was 27 who was in a totally different "life stage" than me. She hadn't lived on her own yet, really, and wasn't used to holding down her own job. So while we were technically both "of age" it still felt like I was dating a child.
2) Consent to sexual activity? tbh, if you haven't held a job and lived on your own I still view you as a child, so I have no idea how to really answer this question.
3) Any time I see adults hardcore pushing to normalize sex with children, it comes off to me as a group of people who are trying to rationalize why it should be okay for them to exploit people who don't know any better. If someone isn't even in fucking high school there's absolutely no way they can have any idea what the fuck is going on in a sexual relationship. I don't know how young NAMBLA pushes for but if it's below that age then I'd be highly suspect. If it's just for high school shit then I have no fucking idea, I don't have any strong opinions one way or another.
