His form is bad and you can tell he's really struggling, especially towards the end. It's really easy to strain your muscles jumping into too heavy of a weight at first. He's going to be whining about how sore his arms are for the next couple days.

Those things have exploded in popularity. They sell them anywhere nerds might walk past, including gamestop now. They pretty much serve no function but to sit on your wall as a testament to your membership to various fandoms.

Personally, not a big fan. You can tell they all have that "cute-sy" look to them, but that just screams, we can't put too much detail into these things without driving up the price significantly. But then again, they're basically sports bobbleheads for nerds.

I imagine most people who buy these only buy 1-3 and pose them by their desks or something.. Probably more than a couple spergs who meticulously line them up on shelves ALL OVER their house. I wonder how chris keeps them, does he just throw them in the toy pile with the rest of it?

Yeah, getting winded from half-ROM curls is pretty sad.

Although I won't lie, Chris doing even half-reps of 20 lb dumbbell curls for 50 reps each arm is way more than I thought he could do

Ironically, Chris will buff up in no time if he actually follows through.

We know from his own testimonies that he has a literally retarded sense of pain because he steps on Legos on purpose, shaves dry, etc. He will never "feel the burn." If he works out every day, he will successfully reach exhaustion, every time.
