Foods you refuse to make yourself, yet enjoy - Look I'm lazy cook it for me!

I know many Kiwi's myself included like their food, and I thought to myself there are a few foods I just refuse to make. Skills, time, money aside. I'll just let someone else do it.

For me it's shellfish. I love shellfish, mussels esp and raw oysters. Part of the treat is I can gorge with no effort.

The other food is stuffed grape leafs. They are not hard to make but I just want to stuff them in my mouth and be lazy.

A lot of soups. They always require a shit ton of ingredients, take a long-ass time to boil, and you have to orbit them every 5 - 10 minutes. I'd rather go to a cafe to eat my borsch, thank you.

I agree with soup, especially cabbage soup which I really love sometimes. It stinks and I hate to cut the cabbage, which is also too big to store properly here. Also things like carrot salad or cucumber salad. Its awesome, but i hate to prepare it. Damn, there are few things better than self-made soup. Just blending some steamed brocoli and reheating it with cream and spices and bacon is easy though.
Regarding oysters and mussels, I cannot live without it anymore!

Cassoulet. It's just ridiculously involved to make, especially if you actually start with duck legs and make the confit de canard. This dish takes literally days to make. And minutes to eat.

Did you chill the dough before you cut them? That helps them keep their shape.

I'm a really good cook and baker for the most part but I'd rather order pizza than make it. I'm sure it's easy, but I also like Round Table so fuck that.
While I will make pie on a special occasion, I would rather buy one from our local farmstand. Pie crust sucks to make and I can't make a pretty lattice to save my life.
