Whatever happens here, DSP is running strong for lolcow of the year. Between the Dutch catfishers, Chairgate 1, 2, and now this. I'm pretty sure I missed a few events too.

I don't think anybody can match him except Russell Greer, who is an admittedly tough challenger, but I believe in the Authentic Italian Stallion.

EDIT: @Null , @neger psykolog I suggest that this thread get featured for the day. It's definitely a more active discussion than the Eichenwald thing now, and it's not gonna last for long if the suspension is indeed for 24 hours..

His ass gets banned from Twitch and of course all of a sudden its a "broken system"

I can see Phil pretending to be fine with it because he knows Twitch is his main income and he needs the money and he can't risk being banned. But you just know if he ever leaves Twitch or Twitch perma drops him, he'll shit all over them and burn bridges with them and act like this suspension was a huge deal and shit. A bit like what he did with Machinima where he said he was fine with the pay cuts and always stuck up for them and their decisions until they dropped him and all of a sudden he takes issue with their practices. Thats not something an "ahnest" guy does.

The smiley face seems a bit...out of character for Phil. What if he's literally shaking with suppressed sperg rage towards twitch that he couldn't even bear tweeting that himself and got Kat to do it?

He also announced his new fundraiser

If Phil was at all clever he would cancel the fundraiser under section 4 chap 5/6 because he directly violates it. Also yeah he pretty much harasses freaking everyone and the DDS rant got him. As for Phil he should consider himself lucky they did not compile the issues he clearly broke.
He took a $5 bribe to unban someone:

I think the fundraiser might of got him as well, as said earlier he broke multiple. Phil could make do on this but this is Phil and admins for the next few weeks will most likely prioritise reports especially if multiple infractions occurred. Think of kind of an alert level. He would be utterly retarded to do this fundraiser because now he is priority on reports on twitter/esp admins.

I am gone for 12 hours and I get back and find out it took about 24 hours to temp ban, well crap some people win that bet, I bet personally less than a month but damn 24 hours.

@neural Dood you missed Soulmaid arc continued aka Perfect Phil Arc. Seriously Phil this year has been like Liquid Chris levels entertaining. And bitches we aren't even in effing March yet.

Its speculation. Usually Twitch gives a 24 hour ban for the "first strike" but Phil's account is probably not in good standing as he is partnered and cannot get custom emoticons instantly approved.

I've found reference to people getting things like 5 day bans for talking bad about women, but not many people are open with their suspensions, so its speculation.

Best case (for Phil): 1 day suspension
Worst case: 2/5/30 day or permanent suspension

Phil said he'd be back tomorrow. Not the most reliable of sources, but still it's better than nothing.

Even if it is just a 24 hour ban, at the very least Phil will be on thin ice with Twitch. Chances are it was for all of his TAHXIC comments about DrDisRespect cheating on his wife and calling his fans fucking idiots for giving him money. He'll get baited into talking shit about other streamers again. He can't help himself.
