Well I got mine today. It was a little crumpled. He stuck it in an envelope with absolutely no backing board at all. He also didn't sign the picture I asked him to sign. Oh well. So much for customer service! At least he drew a little sonichu head on the picture for me.

Isn't that just about as good as a signature?

And HOW many of these things did he sell again? So far it's suggesting that there's a lot of fuckups and this is going to incite tard rage when the inevitable backlash for actually not living up to his promises bites him in the ass yet again.

How have there been "a lot" of fuckups? The items getting manhandled by the post office weren't his fault, he DID write 'do not bend' on there. It's actually better that he used matte rather than glossy paper since glossy doesn't display as well. He fucked up one person's picture by not including their message, from what I've seen.

I don't really see that as a lot of fucking up. He'll fuck up more spectacularly, probably, but for now I'd say he's doing fine.

The USPS - more autistic than even Chris.
Well, for example, if you send something like that in the mail, it goes through a lot of automatic sorting machines and semi-literate letter carriers jamming paper into small apartment mailboxes and PO boxes. They aren't going to give special attention to your item just because you write "Bending; NO! :medallion:" on the envelope.

I'm sure we'll see all sorts of screw ups once the commissions start rolling in, but then again, who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

He didn't bother to protect them. Do you really expect a company that moves mail and parcels in bulk to daintily carry every flimsy envelope them get? He should have put them between cardboard like he's probably (hopefully) doing with the commissions.

Has anyone who got there left feedback telling him to do so? Expecting him to do it himself won't accomplish anything

There are better mailing envelopes available than what Chris used. Slipping a thin piece of cardboard in the envelope would've saved your pics. One mailer which is readily available at the post office is entirely cardboard, Chris should've used those.

If you haven't left feedback yet on your purchases, I strongly suggest doing so and detailing any damage or care issues so Chris can possibly correct this before other forum members suffer the same. Also for how much you all have paid I think Chris should send you replacements.

OK... here is my autograph art collection... My O J Simpson autographed mini-helmet, my original John Wayne Gacy oil painting and my Chris Chan autographed photo, complete with crumple marks and the wrong pose on the photo. (I specifically asked for the one with the raised eyebrow.)

All you need left is something from Hitler, Manson and Benoit :ween:

Well if people tell him they arrived fucked up and suggested he use cardboard he probably would. It's not something you can put on Chris for being Chris - a lot of eBay sellers don't put in extra protection unless they're told their contents arrived damaged. I'm not trying to white knight, but I'm not going to jump on him for every little thing.

And yeah, the mail carriers really should actually take care with what they're doing. I'm sick of them folding up shit that's clearly marked 'do not bend' and shoving in my mail box.

One of these things is not like the other, one of these things does not belong!
