This is gonna be good.

Did I miss something? It looked like he just showed some YouTube videos? That was his big send off?

Also, I thought Phil didn't watch other people's content.

What if Molay was a YouTube celebrity?

Is Phil for real? I mean does he really get that mad over video games or is he just hamming it up for the cameras? It's obvious Phil thinks that any kind of attention is good so I think he does things to get people to mock for 2 reasons:
1.) It gives him an excuse to play the victim.
2.) It gets him views.

What you missed was Phil blatantly breaking Twitch's TOS about streaming copyrighted material (in this case, Bill & Ted's Bogus Adventure and some AMV) and monetizing his stream off of it. This, coming from the same person who tried to get slowbeef banned from twitch.tv for streaming 10 seconds of his material.

Basically, standard Phil hypocrisy, but amazing lolcow-like idiocy. He's spending everything he has to move to Seattle with Pandalee and is taking on a second mortgage to do it. He needs the money from twitch subscribers, this is not something any sane person would do.

That wall-o-text comment seems to be implying that this guy believes DSP invented being funny on the internet. The idea that Phil "innovated" anything would be laughable if it weren't so mind-numbingly stupid.

But he DID innovate something...using a camcorder to record video game footage from the TV while livestreaming is very innovative.

Is DSP a Guile player? If so he can fuck off.
I can only imagine Guile's theme going with DSP getting it all handed to him in a game, be it having to die multiple times in Dark Souls or losing against another player in Street Fighter or Killer Instinct or anything other fighting game.

Quitting again in 2014. Never change.

Oh my god.

Have you guys seen the video where he cooks? I had my hands over my mouth for a good 3/4 of the video. There were a few complaints I thought weren't especially warranted (like him spraying the bacon pan with some canola oil: it was only canola and he barely used any), but oh. my. god.

I had to share my pain here.

I think the worst part was how he handled raw bacon with his bare hands and then handled bread and cheese and eggs and his finished sandwiches without once washing his hands. I don't even flip half-cooked bacon with the same tongs I use to take the cooked bacon out of the pan for fear of cross-contamination, I can't imagine how he doesn't get food poisoning. The only part I thought was kind of lulzy rather than horrifying is how he precariously carried his cheese-topped eggs across the kitchen one at a time to put them down on the bread instead of, you know, grabbing the entire pan and bringing THAT over to the bread so he didn't make multiple trips and drop shit on the ground.

And the talking! JESUS. 'Make sure you turn the fan on really high so that when it smokes a lot it doesn't set off the alarm!" Maybe if you didn't buy bacon that was 100% fat and didn't burn it, it wouldn't smoke so damn much? I also love how it clearly never occurred to him to cut the fat away from the meat. Granted he would have been left with only a sliver of meat on some of the pieces, but he could have still trimmed the fat so that the ratio of fat to bacon was less than 10:1.

But the piece de resistance was definitely pouring the unused bacon grease down the shitter. He didn't even pour the grease into a container and then deposit that down the loo. Nope, he carried the entire pan over to the toilet and proceeded to pour it in, ensuring that the toilet and the pan made contact the whole time. He even said himself that you're not going to clog your kitchen drain by pouring grease down it unless you're doing it frequently, so why not deposit it in the sink? Does he realise that toilets can get clogged and backed up? Has he considered buying bacon that doesn't leave a cup of grease in its wake?

I just needed to vent.

It's bacon, not raw poultry. It is not raw,. Handling bacon is not a problem.

Here, bacon isn't cured so it is a problem. Even if his bacon was cured he should still wash his hands. He handled raw eggs (he made a mess breaking them and he surely got egg white on his hands), and raw eggs can definitely cause food poisoning if they're not especially fresh.

If anyone is interested, Phil had a fun conversation with a reviewer from IGN on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheyCallMeDSP/status/484419515019964416

He's upset that IGN didn't like some game he played and then the company went out of business. Phil blames the IGN reviewer and whines about IGN for awhile because of their 'negativity' and 'bias.' He then tweets at the reviewer in question and brings her to justice. Phil's really showcasing his hypocrisy and flawed logic here. Go to his Twitter responses to see more of his tweets about the issue.

The reviewer is questions' response: https://twitter.com/Luceobrien/status/484431387265495041
