There is something almost endearing about this. The people of Japan have so little exposure to black people that they primarily exist in a fetish space, of sexual freedom and reckless abandon, because they are so utterly foreign to the Japanese psyche. IAFD is weird like that. If a "real" celebrity shows up in a porn video for like a 5 second cameo, they get added. If you actually look at Coolio or Shock G's bios, they're both listed as "NonSex," I think it was just some weird series with both porn and hip-hop interviews, kind of like those movies that Snoop Dogg did with Hustler or whoever.
