Chapter 4 has Susie mention if you skipped Ralsei explaining the prophesy in Chapter 1, so yeah. But I think that’s why everyone from the first chapter is auto-spared at the beginning of 2, like the game is telling you “that was practice, but things will make a difference from now on”.

With modern gaming, being told my choices don't matter only makes me have higher paranoia that the devs would pull a uno reverse card criticizing on what I chose when being told I'll be free from repercussions.
