Actually, all memes aside, it was always obvious he wasn't a native English speaker, but hearing Stembley speak makes me really wonder what his nationality really is.
I always assumed he was something vaguely Slavic, but now with the accent and his looks, that just doesn't check out anymore.
I have to say, my best guess right now is that he might unironically be Brazilian.
