I'd bet against it. LFJ likes systems, not chaos. He only gets into relationships he can control. He also likes keeping a narrative meticulously within the bounds of those systems and the law. At any given point, he wants to have the safety of "I didn't break any rules, YOU did" to fall back on when confronted. You can see that in his Wikipedia Talk pages, his careful framing of the consent accident, the extremely structured version of BDSM he advocates for, etc.

Keffals was a docile figurehead, a passive dupe who was willing to tell the lies LFJ didn't want attached to himself. Elaine is a chaotic criminal and repeat traitor that LFJ can't control.
