Request for Removal of Defamatory and Harassing Content

Good morning,
I regret having to contact you, as I have no desire to engage with you or your platform. However, your recent publications have gone beyond commentary and have included false statements about me, defamatory allegations, and material that has encouraged targeted harassment against me for matters with which I have no involvement.
First, I categorically deny being responsible for any distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against your website. My moderator permissions within the Telegram group that has been referenced are extremely limited. In fact, I was only aware of the group’s existence because numerous individuals falsely claimed that I owned or controlled it.
As you have likely observed, in every online community in which I have participated, I have consistently discouraged illegal conduct. While I have advised individuals not to engage in unlawful activity, I have neither the authority nor the practical ability to prevent other people from acting independently. If individuals choose to ignore that advice and subsequently face legal consequences, that is entirely their own responsibility.
You have also attributed responsibility to an individual known as “Naught.” To my knowledge, he is not responsible for orchestrating any such activity. Although he serves as a moderator, there are more than fifteen moderators within the group, and only three possess administrative permissions.
Second, I unequivocally deny the allegations that I have groomed, extorted, or engaged in any sexually inappropriate communication with minors. These allegations are entirely false and unsupported by any evidence.
Where individuals have engaged in genuine child exploitation offences, law enforcement has investigated and prosecuted those responsible. For example, members of the group known as “764” have been charged by the United States Department of Justice. My name has never been associated with any criminal investigation or prosecution of that nature.
I have no concern regarding any of my online accounts being examined or made public because I have not engaged in any illegal or sexually exploitative conduct.
Furthermore, I do not use cryptocurrency. Accordingly, allegations that I have exchanged cryptocurrency for explicit material are demonstrably false.
Third, over the past week you have repeatedly published or endorsed false allegations about me, including claims that I am responsible for activities in which I have had no involvement. Among other things, I have been falsely described as a drug user, a prostitute, and as someone assisting individuals known as “NVE” and “Alice,” neither of whom I know or have knowingly worked with.
This has gone beyond content posted by third-party users. These allegations have been amplified directly through your own actions and publications. There is no credible evidence supporting any of these claims.
While I regret that individuals whom I only vaguely know may have engaged in conduct directed at your platform, it is both unreasonable and unacceptable to attribute their actions to me without evidence or to encourage others to target me based on unsupported allegations.
Accordingly, I formally request the immediate removal of the following posts, which I consider to contain defamatory statements, constitute harassment, and encourage further harassment against me:
Should these publications remain online, I reserve all rights available to me, including pursuing any legal remedies that may be appropriate in relation to defamatory statements, harassment, and any other applicable causes of action.
Finally, I also note that certain publications on your platform contain allegations concerning law enforcement agencies. You may wish to independently review the accuracy of those statements and consider whether they should remain published.
