Maybe we should instead put out a magazine with a large letter section that prints the latest LOLcow news every month. As long as we had one page dedicated to current events it would be protected by the constitution and any attempt to block its distribution and sale would be a federal crime.

I didn't say it was fair, but it's reality. In our current environment where everyone's personal information is public and freely available to anyone, and the only protection the average person has from being doxed is not being made a target, people don't like the existence of a forum whose primary function is to put targets on people's backs. You can argue all you want about how fair it is and point fingers at other websites doing the same or worse, but the fact of the matter is that this is what the site is known for and it's dying because of it.

I just started having trouble with TOR though Brave but now I can get in on the clearnet lmao

I thought it was just Brave's TOR being shitty (which it usually is) but even on the dedicated client the site is pretty much always down. Ironically, I've had better luck with the clearnet site than TOR since yesterday.

That depends on the jurisdiction. City cops in the U.S. aren’t law enforcement as much as they are glorified security guards for the municipal corporate body. You’d have better luck with a constitutionally elected sheriff, however this also depends on the state the offender is in. If they’re in a democratic socialist controlled state, they’re untouchable. In a DSA state, they could rape a child in public and the person who tries to stop their heinous act would be the one getting crucified, and the child would be blamed for starting the whole thing just to protect the paedophile.

Do you honestly think for one second that any law enforcement would give a fuck about us and some Internet drama and sickos they don't have a warrant for? No. They don't. It's just a job.
