Here's another Trump win
After years of fighting in the courts Trump wins out on his "means tested" Green Card program. This all started waaay back in 2016 when Trump reversed a Obummer policy that immigration judges couldn't take a applicants dependence on public funds into account when deciding upon granting citizenship.
ie: if you were on welfare, food stamps or any other public assistance program the judge couldn't hold that against you as a reason to not grant citizenship.
But Trump (2016) was like; fuck no bro if you need American taxpayer dollars to live in American GTFO, but the courts (of course) tied him up until Biden got in and deleted the EO allowing hordes of browniods on welfare to get a Green Card and bring in all the extended family. I'm being serious here one single example was a Somali man who had no job, nor any real ability to speak English, who somehow was given a Green Card then immediately brought in 32 of his relatives who also could not work because they only spoke mud-tounge and for...reasons they were allowed in. Minnesota btw in case your were curious.
Well now the 7th circuit has ruled, for now at least, that Trump has the power to implement his policy. Going forward any applicant who relies on public funds will be denied citizenship. Scream of rage and terror were heard echoing from Minneapolis (who have the single largest Somali population in the US at 260,000)

The policy, known as "public charge," appeared on Thursday in the Federal Register and will be formally published on July 20 2026.
The policy was first implemented in February 2020 as one of President Donald Trump's moves to limit legal immigration during his first administration, but it was reversed after Democratic President Joe Biden came to power.
Under the policy, applicants for green cards have to show they wouldn't be burdens to the country or "public charges."
Its return comes when the Republican administration is implementing a hardline policy to curb both illegal and legal immigration, and when the cost of healthcare and food is rising.
The federal government "is reaffirming the requirement of self-reliance, protecting public resources and ending policies that encouraged dependency on the backs of hard-working American taxpayers," U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said in a post published on its X account.
"Under President Trump, USCIS is restoring the basic principle that immigrants must be able to support themselves," the post said. The agency said the rule will take effect Sept. 18.
The Trump administration first promoted the rule in 2018 as a way to ensure that only those who were self-sufficient came to the U.S. Immigrant rights advocates criticized it, saying it amounted to a "wealth test." Public health experts said it would lead to worse health outcomes. Nongovernmental organizations said the policy generated confusion and fear and caused many immigrants and their U.S.-born relatives to decide not to apply for benefits and services to which they were entitled.
Rumor has it then when asked if this amounted to nothing more then a "wealth test" Stephen Miller answered ;
"Yes, I do believe that is the point you useless sack of shit journalist. We don't need more niggers coming to America to bleed the system without contributing anything, we already have enough that were born here doing that". (I may have paraphrased a bit there)
For now a win in Trump's column, we will have to see what the SCOTUS says as the local Soros funded NGO's are already prepping a challenge.
