The injuries he had were minor and were way more consistent with someone just simply falling off their bike. Hell he didn't even spend a night in the hospital. He was in there for like 4 hours and then they told him to get out.
I should elaborate, I'm not saying that it's what caused Andy to become the way he is or gave him brain damage or even that it was a serious accident. Just that there was some sort of incident on the street and it made people pay attention to him and pity him, he liked it and he's constantly been chasing the high from it for years. It also taught him another method of manipulation and how much attention he could get just by playing in the street. He's infatuated with the idea. It's the origin of a lot of Andy's nonsense like the "I can't cross streets" claim. Claiming that he's been hit by cars is like his #2 manipulation tactic, like when the officer talked to him in the ambulance. So Andy finally did WUN away to the great state of West Virginia and was taken in by this wonderful family called the Whittakers. They've really taken a shine to him being the same intellect and all.
It's not 911, it's Adult Protective Services (APS). There are actual laws in place to dissuade even a fuck up of Amdy's caliber from playing these kind of retard games with actual 911 operators. When he didn't have the phone numbers of anyone to harass in Ohio, and was too lazy to look anything up, he called 911 to play his games. Prosecutors dropped the hammer immediately, which lead to him fleeing the state in short order.

Just re-watching some of Andee's hits. This one is 2nd most pathetic call after his Singing the Rain poop shower vid. Just starts with him going "I'm skert" over and over to APS, wasting their time, doing the fake "repeating what you say", and going "HEHHHHHH" to substitute crying.
Ironically about 5 minutes in he complains the APS worker used the term "blankie" instead of blanket, meanwhile he's fake wailing about being hungry and how Tawm won't be his slave, and one of my fave andy moments at 7:15 he calls his APS worker Stephany "p-p-p-p-p-peffany" which is hilarious fake, which he realizes, so he just starts saying "i fake" over and over. The APS worker suggests Andy hug himself, which is really funny. Go hug yourself buddy, literally no one else would. Then at 10:40... he can't help it, he talks to her about jerking off his tiny cock, after she tried to help, he's gotta involve her in his fetish.
