Probate cases can be difficult to obtain source documents for, as much of the information may include medical records, death certs, and other sensitive materials.
Possibly someone requested the documents in-person and presumably paid for them. In which case there's a record. Possibly someone did Indiana's version of a FOIA, which was granted. In which case there's a record.
Fun theory: someone with access to the system - say an attorney who loves the drama - accessed them. In which case there's a record. And a very naughty attorney.
Then passed the documents along to Nikki and told her they were publicly available.
That's the only screen shot she showed. The document has at least one additional page, which Nikki read, after people started messaging her and saying it might not be a good idea to show so much sensitive information.

Much of their argument centered on Peanut believing that Greg was actually in love with her, and him telling her that she was parasocial. She said that he told her that he loves her, and he says that she is delusional. She was actually telling him he loves her while he was giggling and calling her a stupid bitch and said he'd rather fuck Amberlynn Reid than Peanut. Greg also claimed that she was jealous of the other women in his orbit. From what he was saying, it seems like she was trying to push him away from various women; first Potato, then Sage, followed by AJ, with Tasha up next.
As different people rotated onto the panel, Peanut refused to participate, remaining silent for roughly an hour during what became a four hour argument. By the end both of them seemed run out of energy. The confrontation fizzled out, and despite all the declarations that it was over and Greg had deleted her number, it ultimately seemed likely that they would end up speaking again.

Even if Peanut were correct about his feelings, it's hard to see what kind of victory there would be in forcing him to admit to emotions he's denied, and publicly humiliated her over. It's giving "he's very loving, behind the scenes", and we all know how that relationship turned out.
The document I'm specifically looking for is one through the Fayette County Court in Indiana (there's an AI tidied copy posted above, with a few AI-typical typos posted above) laying out the claims made by the attorney for Clara's aunt Frida's estate.
That's the document I can't find through the Indiana court website, unless it's also duplicated in paperwork for the Maryland court website.

Not sure if this belongs in Ron's thread or here, but I'll respond here and the mods can move it if necessary.
As mentioned above, probate cases generate a lot of paperwork.
Hopefully I can explain what *I think* is happening. Since there are two separate estates involved, things may get confusing and a bit redundant, so bear with me.
From what I can gather, Clara was appointed the Personal Representative (PR) of her aunt's estate after her aunt passed away.
To simplify things, when someone dies, the assets they owned generally become part of "The Estate of X." This can include things like bank accounts, real estate, vehicles, personal property, and other assets.
The estate typically obtains its own EIN (Employer Identification Number), and an estate bank account is established in the estate's name. Any money received on behalf of the estate (such as proceeds from the sale of personal and/or real property, insurance or bond claims, refunds, or other payments) should generally be deposited into that estate account. Likewise, money the deceased owned at the time of death also becomes an estate asset.
The estate's assets are usually identified early in the probate process through something like an estate inventory or asset listing. I do not see an inventory filed in the publicly available documents, but it is possible that it was included in documents that are not publicly accessible.
For example, if someone dies with $100k in a bank account, that $100k becomes an asset of the estate. (I'm intentionally keeping this simple and not getting into things like retirement accounts, stocks, or assets with designated beneficiaries.)
Now, the successor PR of the aunt's estate (Phillip) has filed a claim against Clara's estate. In simple terms, my understanding is that the claim is essentially saying: "Clara's estate has possession of assets, or owes money, that belongs to Frida's estate."
Based on the screenshot above of the claim made by the successor PR of the aunt's estate, it appears Clara's aunt had funds in three different accounts before she died. I wish nikki would have shown the full claim because it would provide much more context. I agree that lisa manning was more than likely able to access the full filing and leaked it to nikki.
As PR of her aunt's estate, Clara would have had legal authority over the estate's assets while administering the estate.
My theory, and this is only speculation, is that the successor PR believes some of the aunt's estate funds may not have been properly separated and may instead have been commingled with Clara's assets. If that's the case, the claim is essentially saying, "That money belongs to the aunt's estate, not Clara's estate."
Ron, as PR of Clara's estate, has now filed a Disallowance of Claim. That means Ron, as PR, is saying "Clara's estate does not agree that this claim should be paid." and is formally rejecting the claim against Clara's estate.
Can lisa manning also leak Ron's full response to the claim? Seeing both the full claim itself and the basis for the disallowance would give us a much clearer picture of what's actually being argued.
There are several reasons a PR might disallow a claim, including:
-The estate does not actually owe the debt.
-The amount being claimed is incorrect.
-The claim was filed too late.
-There is not sufficient evidence supporting the claim.
-The debt has already been paid or otherwise satisfied.
The timing of the claim may also be something to consider. In Indiana, a creditor generally has three months from the date of the first published Notice to Creditors to file a claim against an estate. Based on the docket, the Notice of Administration was issued on November 25, 2025, and Phillip's claim was filed on March 10, 2026. However, because Phillip is the Successor PR of Frida's estate, rather than a typical outside creditor, there could potentially be arguments about whether a different rule or exception applies.
Since this matter is now set for a hearing, the court will ultimately determine whether the claim should be allowed or disallowed.
Also, something worth noting: Letters Testamentary were filed. Letters Testamentary are issued when there is a valid will and the executor named in that will is appointed by the probate court. They serve as the official documentation giving the executor the legal authority to act on behalf of the estate.
In this case, it indicates that Clara had a valid will and that Ron was appointed by the court as the person authorized to administer her estate and handle estate matters on her behalf.
For comparison, Letters of Administration are issued when there is no valid will (or when the named executor is unable or unwilling to serve), and the court appoints an administrator instead.
Also, the filing of Letters Testamentary does not necessarily reveal the entire contents of the will or confirm whether Ron was the only person named in the will. It simply confirms that the court recognized him as the executor with authority to act on behalf of the estate.
Another important point: this estate was opened as a supervised administration.
Supervised administration means the court maintains closer oversight over the estate. Ron generally needs court approval for certain major actions, such as selling real estate, paying certain expenses, or making distributions.
In other words, Ron cannot simply use estate funds however he wants. Estate assets must be handled according to probate rules and the court's oversight.
I'm not saying this is definitely what's happening. it's simply my interpretation based on the documents that are publicly available.

Just an aside - the Fayette County Court has indexed the aunt as Frida Stolkin while the document says Frida Stanley. Since it's an AI copy I'm not sure which last name is correct.
I searched the Montgomery County, Maryland records for any documents under Skolkin and Stanley and can't find any evidence of real property being transferred or of a probate case. Even using the probate case on the claim returned no results but again as it is an AI copy the spellings of names and the case numbers may not be correct. It does appear that the Indiana court website only provides copies of documents issued by the court, not documents that were filed.
Edit to add: I searched Phillip Karasik to see if I could find anything in the Maryland records and there are a bunch but none for the estate of Frida Stanley/Skolkin. My guess is someone went to the courthouse to get a copy of the the claim that was filed in the Indiana court.
