What do you think about a state ballot initiative to ammend your State Constitution?

I could be a lot more explicit to define everything, but this gets the point across. This forces the retirement of old politicians (and elected judges), but gives flexibility to redefine what old is. It says "general retirement", so politicians don't get special treatment to play games with their retirement age being different than for everyone else. The natural born citizenship requirement should be obvious. It applies to appointed individuals so that cant be used as a loophole to stay in power. The benefit is that if they choose to raise the retirement age, all the boomers will crucify them for getting rid of their welfare checks.
