USUS Politics General 2: Hope Edition - Discussion of President Trump and other politicians
I feel like it's the same as Kirk's death where a lot of people feel the need to celebrate because "someone from the other side died" but even they don't know why they should care, they just read the (R) next to the name and the programming did the rest.
Dumbass, I meant in general the grave dancing, I don't particularly like it on either side. If some absolute piece of shit like Walz got hit by a truck, sure.
But those people do it over anyone GOP or even right of mao these days indies. It's really bad, and it needs to be bashed, hard imo. I just got 2 fucktards on my ass negrating all my posts filling up my notices here over what? TES psychos.
I didn't overly celebrate those 2 idiot anti-ICE morons that fucked with cops and got themselves killed. Did they have it coming? Yep. Did I really party like they do? Nope.
Hmmm I wonder if there is any reason a Trump supporter might not like Graham. No, it's impossible. All of these politicians are exactly the same and totally interchangeable. Being Israel's slave and forever wars in Iran are noble MAGA virtues. Vote red no matter who!

It's just gross, what's wrong with these people? The guy wasn't great or evil. They didn't do this for even McCain but the world wasn't as evil as now.
This shit comes and goes, but I always think of this and how he ended up with the good ending too. Wonderful movie, too bad DeNiro went TDS psycho which is worse than Travis did https://youtube.com/watch?v=iFme5QgpJxo:9
We need a real rain to wash this away now.
Lindsey Graham was something rare and the same breed as Donald Trump—an honest politician. He honestly told people his positions and didn't conceal who he was. A dishonest politician shows a false face to every person they meet and conceals their true intentions from voters and other politicians. Lindsey Graham wasn't a great genius, but he was genuine. I'm asking myself, "what evil thing did Lindsey Graham do to make all these poster damn him to hell?" And I can't come up with anything other than he didn't hold their views 100%.

One of the most delusional post ad-hoc narratives one could come up with about the guy. A literal hagiography on someone that was always merely a footnote of a footnote in US politics.
I find it interesting that in this thread there are exactly 3 moralfags in here acting Reddit about grave-dancing when everyone in the news article thread seems to get the idea.

100% agree there, I crapped on him a lot, not really online much cause he wasn't super important before the last 5 years. But he was a decent politician to me, and that means fair and mostly on what I say is the right side as I stated earlier.

If you mean hagiography, that may be a new word to you, but that guy used it in a way that doesn't fit the context of the word at all. Maybe that's Chris Nolan on here?

So you admit his promises deserve skepticism. This would mean your original pretense that his claims aren't to be doubted was gaslighting. After all, you can't buy hyperloop, as it doesn't exist. Likewise, "Alien Dreadnought manufacturing" doesn't exist. The battery swap stations don't exist, either. The reusable, single-piece heat shield for Starship still doesn't exist. Roadster 2 also doesn't exist - too bad for everyone who won a free Roadster 2 in the Tesla referral program, right? NY-to-LA FSD still doesn't exist, almost a decade behind its original, promised 2017 launch. The Dojo supercomputer likewise doesn't exist.
So, in light of this, do you think it's reasonable to be skeptical of Musk's claim SpaceX will start building space datacenters next year? The reason skeptics are skeptical is
1. Each 8-GPU DGX system in the space datacenter will need about 10 m^2 of solar panels and 33 m^2 of radiators (last I looked, the 8-way box drew 11 kW).
2. The sorts of datacenters straining power grids use hundreds of thousands of GPUs. There's no reason for exotic infrastructure for your enterprise-scale inference systems, which are typically less than 10% the size.
Now, okay, call me a Luddite to think that Elon Musk's engineers haven't quite solved the problem of how to deploy a million square feet of heating & cooling infrastructure in space. After all, his engineers haven't even solved the problem of how to build a datacenter on Earth!
That's right, his current datacenter is such a piece of shit that merely fixing the networking would be equivalent to 5x-ing its size.
But are you willing to bet a burger suit that by this time next year, Musk will prove me wrong, and 1m ft^2 of heating and cooling, corresponding to around 30,000 DGX systems, will be orbiting the planet? Throw in a bet about utilization - think he'll get up to 50%, the industry standard?
Everyone and their dog new top level 5 would be 2032 at earliest, get out of here with that shit. Dude's basically masked the entire planet with com sats, not enough I guess for some
Communications satellites were first launched in the 1950s. Nobody said communications satellites are impossible. Implying anybody said this sounds to me like gaslighting.
(assuming Marco's wife is also hispanic) if he's getting chatty with another gal like that his next "other leader's outfit" is gonna be Macron's "I got told twice" shades
