In what's been an eventful few weeks for Nick Rekieta:

Nick's wife Kayla and 4 out of 5 of their children have filed for a 50 year restraining order against Nick's former friend and swinging partner Aaron Imholte. Kayla currently has a restraining order against Aaron so it's very likely to be granted.

This is almost certainly Nick's doing, as getting this restraining order was step one in a plan to ruin Aaron's life and drive him to suicide that Nick has bragged about publicly.

If this is successful, Nick will then have Kayla sue Aaron which, according to Nick, due to the gag order portion of the restraining order will leave Aaron unable to testify in his own defense, leading to massive court costs that Aaron can't possibly pay, allowing the vindictive Nick to take all of Aaron's possessions and house.

This kinda shows how pathetic Nick's understanding of the law is. No gag order in the universe would not allow one to testify in their own defense. That a former lawyer doesn't understand this is pathetic.

I was unsuccessful in finding the restraining order on MCRO. The case number is 34-CV-24-432 34-CV-26--432. Maybe someone else could find it? Or is this one that needs to be obtained in person?

They asked for an emergency ex-parte temporary restraining order until they can have a hearing over the more permanent one. The judge said that Aaron's already restrained by his probation and he's been abiding by it so there's no risk of harassment for now, so the request for the TRO was denied.

A date will be set for a full hearing.

Nick's also relying on the Judge to consider Aaron's one release condition constraint as two restraining orders, and Aaron's one violation as multiple violations, which he needs to get the up-to-50-year long restraining order.
