To be fair to you, they probably said "we don't have a security image with a perfect capture of Tyler's face, but we have a mountain of evidence that still says it was him (such as his car with his plates being used every time he visited, his clothing matching what was seen in previous social media posts as well as him having the clothes caught on security cameras the day of the murder.)"

So that's very different than saying they have no footage of him, they have footage of who they know to be him, even if they don't have a clear facial image.

Again, the only video they have of "the shooter" is the video of the known shooter jumping off the roof. Anything before that is alleging Tyler IS the shooter. The foundation of the prosecution is Tyler cased the place like 4 times, then killed Charlie, was caught on ring cameras going to and from the campus.
