States can't make laws to ensure voters are citizens because that's federal. The feds can't make laws requiring states to have secure elections because that's a state issue.

This was a really bizarre carve out of citizen's rights when Biden was acting POTUS, depriving private citizens of their legal vote by having them offset by foreign criminals. Federal official or troops don't protect polling stations. It is up to municipalities and state governments. Therefore it is obvious to anyone, especially given that only citizen can vote in federal elections, that it is up to the police, state police, sheriffs, etc to guarantee that the voting happens legally by only citizens of the United States of America. Otherwise its federally mandated criminal behavior in elections. Its treason.
