Take it with a colossal grain of salt obviously, but from what I’ve heard he raped underage girls in Iraqi brothels (corroborated by some of the guys in his platoon) and sent nudes to minors on Kik (one of his male victims is scheduled to speak about this). A power plant in Colorado isn't going to power anything in Florida. You can't have a functional network without distributed nodes. Otherwise there's nothing for it to connect to in the first place.
