not to powerlevel, but I've worked extensively with cattle in the past. They rarely try to jump the fence as long as there's food and water to indulge in on their side. They are profoundly unintelligent and seem to enjoy wallowing in their own shit all day, even if you provide them a clean and open pasture. Their day is split evenly between eating and sleeping. They are subject entirely to the will of the dominant male in the herd, and if he's absent, the first human to show up and gently prod them with a stick. The only big thing is they'll lose their shit over just about anything if their calf is involved, but that very obviously doesn't apply here.
