39 days and counting until the 90 days for proper service of the 3rd amended complaint expires. If that happens, I expect that he will just let the court auto-dismiss it in 129 days and just suck up the lost filing fee, original attempt at service, etc...

My prayer for relief is that the judge will decide that Greer is a retard as well as a nuisance and dismiss the complaint with prejudice.

I expect that if this case is auto-dismissed we will once again see another emergency motion in January 2028 to suddenly try to once again get on the ballot in time for the 2028 election cycle, despite the fact that he could have handled the matter in this case 2 years prior.

The time for proper service of this lawsuit has now absolutely elapsed. This lawsuit is basically dead in the water. I expect him to just let it hit the auto-dismissal and closing deadline in 59 days. Crusty Rusty paid the full $405 filing fee for this lawsuit. This can be seen in the Notice of Payment document that was listed for this case on Jan. 26th, 2026. He wasted $405 on a lawsuit he is going to just let die during a time when he had not paid his rent for many months and was fighting eviction, eventually leading to him being homeless, living in his current vehicle (which he paid for fraudulently with student loans) with no job (as he had attempted to extort $200k from the last job he had). This once again definitively demonstrates what Rusty's priorities are as well as his money management capabilities.

Is there a reason the judge hasn't dismissed it already (or at least issued an order to show cause) then? At least in the federal cases against Taylor Swift there was low to no leniency for him being pro se, his motions for extensions/alternate service were denied and the suits were tossed entirely when he blew the deadline.

I don't imagine clearing this case is the highest priority for anyone, especially during a shortened holiday week. They likely aren't getting any pressure from the state AG, who is either unaware of this lawsuit or perfectly happy to let it simmer in retardation.

Judge slapped down Greer's emergency injunction and gave him zero help on next steps, while also saying he's unlikely to succeed on the merits. That shows no patience for Greer's BS. It's also a strong signal that a frenzied pursuit of this case won't be favored by the court.

At some point a diligent clerk will notice it and write up a "case dismissed, you suck" order for their judge.

Since Greeee never bother to properly pursue this lawsuit, can it be dismissed with prejudice to keep him from wasting more of the courts time in the future?

The only thing funnier than the fact Russ spent 400 bucks he really couldn't afford on this retardation, only to let it die without doing anything, is the fact that he's almost certainly going to do it again in a couple of years.

Greer's lawsuit output has really dropped on all his cases lately, he must be really depressed about constantly losing if he can't even summon the effort to get chatgpt to type up nonsense motions for him constantly.

I may be misremembering but didn't he recently already whine about the arbitration saying something along the lines of "I was stressed because of my plights and didn't think it through, this is unfair to me"?
He only complained about Mr. Hardin's involvement in it

If the arbitration isn't an easy slam dunk 'Greer wins everything ever' his inability to now plightsperg in court is probably stressing him out something fierce.
He's now involved in arbitration, an epic Motion To Undo The Thing That Was Done 3 Years Ago, a mysterious NVSC motion to claw his way back into his evicted apartment, and a counterclaim defense for calling Hardin a meanie. He doesn't have time for little things like changing the Nevada Constitution with an unserved default judgement.

I admire your optimism.
We know it'll be a couple of years because that's the next election cycle, and because Russ is too dumb to not leave it until the last minute again:
