To be fair, the renewable energy industry isn't all bullshit.
It is. There is no such thing as "renewable energy." Producing "renewable" energy requires consuming non-renewable resources.

The problem isn't renewables per se
It is.

I've been cogitating on an even more autistic Third Law post to follow up my Second Law post. I might write it. The Third Law suggests the energy balance problem can't be solved.

I am not ready for zoomer politicians, even though some of us are of age to run for certain offices. It's going to suck
It's up to you to be leader then. Be a living example to your age peers of how to be based and hold power responsibly, to the benefit of those under your power, instead of being a faggot and wielding power to the detriment of all but yourself. You know, as God intended.

I don't know why he registered with RIPE (Europe RIR) to begin with. He needs to get on ARIN (US-based NA RIR) . Buying an ASN in ARIN is very cheap and simple. I wonder if he's refusing to do so to get deplatformed so it makes headlines. I've had that feeling for a while, that he intentionally wants to hit branches.
IMO, if he's running a US-based company, then registering RIPE was dumb to begin with. Even setting aside the whole freeze peach vs europoor sensibilities issue, getting his ASN from RIPE, he was always at risk of losing it. As soon as RIPE realized it had issued an ASN to a US company instead of a European one, they'd be in their right to take it back.

The newest data on their web site https://www.ice.gov/statistics doesn't seem to match up with this optimistic message.

T42 is immediate expulsions without asylum hearings, which I think were stopped by the courts.

Are these arrests done by ICE agents themselves or does this count everyone taken into custody? If it's the former, it lines up with outsourcing lots of the arrests to local law enforcement with ICE guys mostly overseeing transport and custody as well as removals. The vastly increased volume of flights, the doubling of ICE personnel, and the fact that the number of foreigners in America actually declined in 2025 does not line up at all with an 80% reduction in deportations.

Ok.. But capturing solar can work. I'm not a fan of 'wind' reeally, but it's not going to yack much out of the global already there which is also solar. IMO long term solar and if ever fusion is the long term solution down the road. I know you said all that about atoms being binding and combining, but fission/solar/fusion should be Type 2 civ eventually.

There is no rehab. You cannot rehabilitate sex criminals, as the data has shown for decades. Sex criminals are broken people who do not respect the basic restrictions on other peoples' personal space that we have in place in western society, and it's a reason we struggle to 'integrate' the brownoid barbarians into our societies as well. They never developed the idea that a man shouldn't simply rape a woman whenever his dick is hard, regardless of anything about her.
The problem with them is that they simply don't value the lives and welfare of other people. That's not something you can change by pointing at diagrams or repeating affirmations developed by a bunch of social workers and academics from California.

Such people (not only sex criminals) are an extreme danger to everyone around them and their presence is incompatible with a healthy society.

Interesting and informative write-up. Even with the amount of energy that the Sun puts out, with improving storage and efficiency of capture (for a lack of better words; I'm not an engineer), do you really think it straight up violates the laws of thermodynamics? My understanding is it's not impossible to make green energy sustainable, it's more a matter of getting the technology to a point that it can capture, store, and distribute energy in an efficient way. Right now, the renewable industry is anything but and we agree there, but I'm not sure about your argument here that it's physically impossible.
