Wdym? Watching him scroll through menus for more than an hour is extremely entertaining, and it's highly deserving of your contributions. PLUS he really wants to open a other pack since the box is almost empty. COME ON GUYS. I don't necessarily disagree with the overall sentiment. In some ways, I feel like living with Phil is arguably more hellish than actually having to be Phil. And Khet clearly isn't right in the head, which was true before she moved into Phil's house middle unit condo, so I'm sure it's only gotten worse living there.
But Phil is also an unreliable narrator when it comes to anything Khet related. I don't think he really knows anything about her and just likes to use her as a projection. Does she actually not want a steam PC thing, or is it that Phil no longer wants a steam PC thing and is instead looking to upgrade his still relatively new PC because that's exactly the kind of thing Phil does. IIRC, even a few days after getting his PC, he was talking about upgrading to a more powerful one. And did Khet really say she loves cooking and cleaning and all that jazz, or is that just Phil wanted to pretend she was saying so he could brag to his dents about having a perfect soulmaid?
I've said this before about Khet, where I don't think she could name a single game Phil has streamed in the past week. But I think it goes both ways, and if Phil was asked to name a game Khet played during the last week, he wouldn't be able to. I feel like the only thing they could accurately name about the other person is what they had for dinner. But if Phil is ever talking about Khet's interests and they seem to wildly fluctuate, I don't think it's a sign of Khet being unstable as much as it is just DSP doing his usual thing and failing to remember the past stories he made up, even if he said them a few seconds ago.
I think it's just that his brain is so cooked from all the mobile games and years of making shitty content. He always needs a gimmick, a selling point. He can't just be DSP, he needs to have an event, or a season, something to hook you, but he doesn't go outside so all he has is holidays and literal seasons. That's my thought, anyway.
He might actually be the worst Pokemon player in the world with how long he has played the games. It's so fucking funny watching him struggle with actual legit childrens games.
I only tuned in at this moment, so I can only offer what I observed:
-His Gyarados was at a lower level than Lucario
-Lucario was bulking up
-Drain punch was healing Lucario for any damage that Gyarados was dealing, amplified because of the big root it held
-Because Gyarados was slower than Lucario, Waterfall's potential flinching was worthless and Gyarados has SHIT special attack so he was dealing no damage
It was just a matter of the clock hitting a point when Lucario would KO Gyarados, the crit just accelerated it.
I only tuned in at this moment, so I can only offer what I observed:

I rewatched the battle. The Lucario was -5 attack due to two feather dances and intimidation.
Youre right the lucario started to bulk up and that crit rocked Phails shit. But still how do fumble an aftermath stunky, drain punch resistance, and - 5 attack advantage?
Its a fucking childrens game. That get easier with each release
