I have to disagree with the dooming today. This would have been a 9-0 decision against us a decade ago. Plus, Sotomayor and Roberts are elderly (and Sotomayor has a lot of health issues). Does the entire birth from crowning to placenta removal need to occur within the United States or only 1 millisecond of the process? Does the water breaking or contractions satisfy the the requirement?

How is geolocation of the birth verified for home births? If someone claims the birth happened in a random forest is a geotagged picture enough proof or do you need witnesses willing to sign a notarized document similar to marriage certificate?

We need to get some more cases in front of the Supreme Court to clarify this magical citizenship process.
