They can sponsor their parents for citizenship when they turn 21.
On top of that they almost never deport women with children. ICE purposefully passes them over and just deports whatever man is in the house so he can take a vacation and visit extended family for a few months then sneak back over to his wife and kids, HUD house, possessions, and job all still waiting for him. Multiple articles about this very thing have been posted here, but it just goes in one ear and it the other of the hopium huffers who think Daddy Trump is going to save them as he plunges the knife in.

Isn’t that how the Court justified in parts their decision in DC v Heller?
You are correct, I'm referring to the nonsense handling of the 2A during the 20th century.

And apologies for being so abrasive, you are correct in the wording being what it is.

I knew this decision was coming, I just can't stand asinine judicial reasoning. I only did a few years of constitutional law but reading some 20th century briefs and opinions will make you think half the judges ever appointed were actually 100% retarded with the amount of reaching, wish casting, and straight up misrepresentation presented.

Elian Gomzalez is a very close example.

He was the original "Picture of a crying immigrant baby that will make you say fuck borders and laws and shit."

The Clinton Administration fought and fought to keep him here, and he presumably would have easily become a citizen. Now he's a staunch Cuban patriot and serves in the Legislature.

He says he doesn't have any ill will towards the US, but imagine if he HAD been granted citizenship, and still went back to Cuba. Then he would be able to come here and vote, run as a DSA candidate, even for President. No matter how he felt about the US.
Elian was born in Cuba.

Trump doesn't believe in anything. Everything is negotiable - everything. Nothing is off the table if his perceived get is bigly enough in the moment.
And yet, he still did more than any "conservative" since Nixon.

"Citizenship, then and now," Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Roberts concludes, "was the right to have rights--to freely participate in our political community. The Framers of the Fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to 'every free-born person in this land.' We keep that promise today."

How violently do you think he was masturbating when he wrote that?

The Democrats and major figures in the Republican party (Vivek, Elon) are running on the idea that America is a vague stateless economic zone that exists to funnel money to "actual" countries (shit holes like Mexico and India)

It really feels like no one in government is advocating for the actual people living in America.
America as an "idea" and its consequences.

Where the fuck is Trump? He has been dead silent on this case.

On top of that they almost never deport women with children. ICE purposefully passes them over and just deported whatever man is in the house so he can take a vacation and visit extended family for a few months then sneak back over to his wife and kids, HUD house, possessions, and job all still waiting for him. Multiple articles about this very thing have been posted here, but it just goes in one ear and it the other of the hopium huffers who think Daddy Trump is going to save them as he plunges the knife in.
We all owe TES an apology.

A MAGA sweep in the midterms and Trump threatens to rape any congressman who steps out of line with a white hot golden rod.
MAGA is dead. There will only be a Blue Wave this November.

You guys are such black pilling mongaloids. For every 1 problem we have you forget the thousands of good things that have happened. We're about to get a fuck load of rep seats due to redistricting and lots of rep senators are on deaths door and soon to be replaced by millenials and zoomies that grew up on the Internet like us. Our power is snowballing like crazy.

I think it will be rubio, vance then ron.
*mongoloid

You are a retard.

Even in a time of "it's so over" we get a glimmer of "we are so back" in the future.

Thomas closed out his dissent with this.

It doesn't seem like it's all over considering that the Roe v. Wade ruling and the Dred Scott ruling weren't the end for their respective cases but the country is on a ticking clock to ultimately address it in a particular way that would be favorable to the American people. A lot depends on what the Supreme Court will look like in the years to come.

Final opinion is here, it is for the birthright citizenship case known as Trump v. Barbara.

The court strikes down the executive order.

It is ultimately a 6-3 ruling.

The court holds that the order violates the 14th Amendment.

Thomas has a dissenting opinion, joined by Alito; Alito and Gorsuch filed dissenting opinions.

Kavanaugh concurs in the judgment and dissents in part. He says that the EO does not violate the 14th Amendment but does violate the federal statute that codified the 14th Amendment.

Sotomayor, Kagan, Barrett, and Jackson join the Roberts opinion in full.

Roberts concludes that children born to parents who are in the United States unlawfully or temporarily are "born in the United States" and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." "Under the Constitution, they are citizens at birth."
The response to this needs to be mass denaturalizations, revoke all visas for women under 55, just complete shut down and lock down.

The alternative is to literally be drowned by browns.
