It is ultimately a 6-3 ruling.

The court holds that the order violates the 14th Amendment.

Thomas has a dissenting opinion, joined by Alito; Alito and Gorsuch filed dissenting opinions.

Kavanaugh concurs in the judgment and dissents in part. He says that the EO does not violate the 14th Amendment but does violate the federal statute that codified the 14th Amendment.

Sotomayor, Kagan, Barrett, and Jackson join the Roberts opinion in full.

Roberts concludes that children born to parents who are in the United States unlawfully or temporarily are "born in the United States" and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." "Under the Constitution, they are citizens at birth."

This makes it technically a 5-4 decision on the 14a itself, all five women agreed birth tourism is legit and an illegal can squat out a baby while escaping law enforcement. Never really thought Roberts would grow a pair.

Doesn't matter too much. The swing Republicans are resolutely against doing anything that would hurt the Democrats.

The best "allies" we have right now is the DNC, because they refuse to understand the trouble they are in and their 10+ years now (christ time flies) of screeching and seething about MAGA have created a electorate block for the Democrats that cannot compromise on even the most basic of issues to form a united front against Trump anymore.

The DSA and brown commies are causing the DNC to split into infighting, the money from donors is running out and more and more time and resources keep having to be directed towards dick sucking Israel and insisting that the obvious communist agitators they courted for over a decade are totally not a real block of the DNC with power that is taking over.

Like I told HHH, the DNC cannot stop shoving their feet in their mouths and tripping over rakes they themselves set up long ago for others. Their coalition of minorities has too many minorities, it has grown so large it is no longer just a single bloc. All of them have different ideas on what to do and they are all pulling the party in different directions.

Better time then ever to point out that a contributing factor to the American Civil War was that one of the parties involved believed it was time to act because they thought they were going to lose any future elections for the foreseeable future and decided that the risk was worth it.

No right to invoke the 4th and 5th, or 14th amendment?
 
Alito is one of the smartest men in America, he's likely spoken with Thomas and Trump about this and is doing it now to make sure it happens before the election and can be an easy successor. Even with Murkowski and Collins voting no.
 
The whole "Lol Fatpacks is always wrong" thing kinda doesn't work when the courts keep blocking Trump and then the SC literally votes that a spic can aim their hole like a cannon over the US to throw their fetus like a grappling hook to let their entire army scale the wall.

The Supreme Court did not follow the Constitution with the Mail In Voting ruling. Congress already passed existing law regarding mail in voting that supercedes their decision. ACB argued that Congressional law doesn't apply because they didn't advise that the word "Day" consists of a period of 24 hours, 1440 minutes, and 86400 seconds. I'm not kidding. Go read the ruling.
