Anyways, I just looked at the ruling (which you guys seem to not have done). All it says is that federal law, as it stands, does not currently require ballots to be counted on Election Day. It doesn’t prohibit a new law mandating them to be counted from being made. Just send your rep a SpongeBob-stamped letter about this and cut out the hysterics.

Nothing will change. Election Day is now Election Month. and always will be.
