Since we're coming up on the trial determination; I hope Destiny has started outlining his manifesto. If it doesn't address why Solo considered all of Destiny's ex-orbiters to be sweepers during the initial leaks for refusing to cooperate with him then I'll be very disappointed. Only cult members would accept "They don't like Destiny, duh" as an actual explanation. It looks fucking retarded to argue they're all colluding behind the scenes when the actual publicized attempts to collude don't work at all. Nevermind the fact Jstlk is literally in the trenches still trying to help you catch Solo up until the lawsuit is announced.
He has to make a convincing case for why Solo was selectively lying and disassociating from his supposed handlers to protect Jstlk, kuihman, and chudlogic from the start when he was willing to just leak all the shit himself on KF (but we all know he won't). The only good explanation is that all 3 of them refused to leak Solo's shit and had varying self-motivated reasons for why. Chud was afraid of ever associating with Destiny again for the sake of keeping his channel, Jstlk was literally still sweeping for Destiny at this point so it makes no sense to collude with Solo if he wanted to help Destiny expose Solo still, and Kuihman already refused the leaks that President Sunday took. All Destiny even hypothetically has on Jstlk is "Bro was jealous of me and chaeiry and wanted in on the rape" and that's his justification for turning on him.
It doesn't sound like PS trusted Solo either, but did want dirt on Steven so obviously Destiny can't paint the guy who actually made the Pxie allegations public be the bad guy (How raped Steven must feel to not be able to go after Solo or President Sunday). Somehow the only cabal Steven has to go after with actual harassment is Rose, Pxie, Chaeiry, Jstlk, Kuihman, Dooby, Seibasexual, Lauren DeLaguna, AbbyMc, Conor, etc...
But Destiny can only rely on conspiracies to justify that in his favor. The only provable lie(s) Steven can even accuse Solo of so far is his intent to deceive him initially to blindside him with the leaks on stream after no one else would go public with them, and maybe the "lie" that he was catfished (Is it a lie if he didn't care who Rose was until his shit got leaked though? I would argue he had no expectation to know who she was given he only cared she looked like her pfp). His best smear against Kuihman is that he is a bonger and Solo was also in his discord, chud's discord (spicychat), and that he got banned from DGG. So Destiny will have to concoct some convincing excuse for how Solo and Kuihman were secretely conspiring beyond the webbing shit. He would associate back to Destiny atleast as much if not more than Kuihman especially if you account for being a previous paid fan of his.
The odds of Destiny providing a single justification for anyone protecting Solo (aside from himself) has got to be the same as Henry passing for a woman.
