Looks like Andy's still calling his purposeful self-harm self-injurious behavior, purposefully slamming his head back into a wall doesn't really fit with typical self-injurious behavior, it's also not grounding autism or not; I get that it's an AI but that's a pretty egregious mistake to frame it as something positive when it isn't. I've never heard of diapers being called an adaptive device either, and he doesn't have motor-planning issues his movements are typical and aren't delayed, and also "Apraxia" and "Praxis" mean two different things and I don't think Andy is really into philosophical concepts.

Also I love how people saying they don't believe Andrew is now apparently traumatic to him, I guess that means we should call him out more.

The AI, or the Jeets imitating it, got the definition mixed up. In the case of self harm, a "positive" action is doing something to harm yourself; and a "negative" action is causing yourself harm by not doing something.

Eg. Headbanging is a positive action, refusing to wash your thighs is a negative action.

Now there are more and more reports that the Helen Keller story was fake- either she wasn't fully deafblind or went deafblind later than officially recorded, and much of the output attributed to her was actually the work of her caregivers. It's why her works completely changed style when her original caregiver died.
