Tales of the Competency Crisis - How do I into anything?

Don't forget lack of time. The meta of married stay-at-home wives being able to spend all day running about town shopping for trinkets is over. Time-strapped consumers are resorting to the internet because it's a much better time value than visiting multiple physical locations looking for goods.
I can still remember back in the late 80s & early 90s going on trips to Kmart with my grammy as a wee lad, and seeing the diner filled with wrinkled old housewives who never earned not one single paycheck for their entire lives all sitting there literally the entire day, chuffing cigarettes and waiting for every single blue light special call over the PA. Even back then I was cognizant enough to think "boy what an unbelievable waste of time." Brick and mortar died because their target demographic quite literally died with them.

My health care provider literally accidentally canceled one of my appointments. It took three months to schedule. Because they were moving one of my appointments because an earlier time opened up. And I called them and they said, well, you can, we're gonna make you a new appointment. I was like, so I can't get my appointment. That was for the next day. No.
How fucking stupid do you need to be to literally cancel an appointment which isn't even in remotely the same field of medicine?

Maybe one pajeet cancelled your appointment to get in one of his fellow pajeets. It's a real problem with sandniggers in my area. The female sandniggers get diversity office jobs at insurance and healthcare offices, stupid appointment booking jobs that could be replaced by an online form, and they constantly give their brood preferential treatment, and constantly get in trouble for pulling some scammy shit. Especially at insurances. But they keep getting diversity hired..

>ordered some renovation supplies through a marketplace and set delivery date on may 29th
>got almost 20 missed calls on may 28th when i had no ability to pick up the phone. hence why i picked 29th for delivery
>call back and apparently they tried to deliver goods without notice. the guy already drives to another city so i won't see these supplies in a week
>few days later realize that i don't need said supplies, look up the marketplace, it says "the item will be delivered on may 29th"
>it's june 1st
>call the marketplace to cancel the order
>managed to do that only on second try. they say i'll get my money back in 10 days max
>two days later i get a call from a specific store from the marketplace and they ask if i'm sure i'm cancelling the order
>i said yes
>it's june 11th
>where's my money
>drop a message in feedback, asking what's up with the order number XXX and why does it still say "ready to ship; the item will be delivered on may 29th"
>got an answer with an apology, saying it will take a little bit more time
>it's june 13th
>got a call from a delivery guy, asking what timezone i'm in because he's about to deliver the items
>i tell him that i cancelled the order on june 1st, asked the support, got a call from the store, and still didn't even receive my money, i'm not supposed to get these items at all
>him: "well damn, no wonder you still didn't get your money back, they just handled this order to me for some reason"
>tells that he will give it back right now, and if i won't get my money in 2-3 days, i should pester the marketplace once again. seems that it's not his first time dealing with this

Fuck couriers man, not even Amazon abides by the delivery preferences you set up in the app. Pisses me the fuck off, Can't imagine dealing with something similar with large supply deliveries.
If this the shit private people have to go through imagine how fucked the situation is for small and med size businesses & what they have to deal with

I get enough delivered regularly that I've got a parcel box. Do any couriers ever use it? Do they fuck! The postman does, but everyone else just dumps their shit on the porch, or somewhere at the side of the house, or in the fucking recycling bin. Or just at some random address on the road nearby. I had one guy drop a parcel in front my my house, take a picture as proof of delivery, and then inexplicably move it to the alley. I thought it had been stolen.

This is why I just prefer actually going to the store

The quality of courier service is dependent entirely on race in my experience from best to worst:

White: mostly get it on time and as specified

Hispanic: Somewhat get it on time but still as specified

American Black: Arrives late and gets delivered to your neighbor

Sandnigger: This is where I start to see packages delivered in random ass places. Packages are inexplicably days late.

African Black: Get panicked calls trying to find your address. Turns out he’s on the other side of town because you’re on 123 West Main Street and he’s at 123 East Main Street. The app won’t allow you to send a screenshot of a map or a GPS pin so you’re having to explain directions to a 70 IQ jungle nigger who is likely illiterate. If you get some Sudanese subnigger calling you, you might as well start filling out the lost package claim.

You know, after a certain point. It kind of raises the question on how do they navigate within their home country without any form of visual aids.Because let's face it, if you can't get by reading an actual map (or even a fucking GPS to make things "inclusive) and using some form of basic reasoning; you are genuinely more retarded than an third-grader.

Anything important is either in their line of sight at any time, or on a path they memorized following someone else

Which has me thinking about an ancient myth about a Minotaur in a labyrinth and wonder if some of the events may be true.

Well, being lost in an actual maze isn't the same as finding the exact point on a urban grid. I'd say that an maze would be just be simpler (and) more time-consuming) to get out of if you're doing something as retarded as taking every left fork. Since working on an urban grid just provides more opportunities to get lost if you're running blind. But it also seems that nobody else is filling out an notebook for this

My experiences with the Sudanese, which is a few times in my life, is mind blowing. They are wholly incompatible with western society. Often times those IQ charts by country show Somalia at the bottom but I disagree, it’s actually the black Sudanese. I had wondered why Sudan is not at the absolute bottom and some cursory research shows that the northern parts are mostly Arab, which explains why Sudan just barely pulls ahead of Somalia. You can train an orangutan or a chimpanzee, I don’t think you could actually teach a black Sudanese anything.

They also have absolutely retarded names too like Deng or Chol. More gutteral sounds than actual names, which tracks.
What about East Asian?
Between the whites and hispanics. For the most part you’ll get your stuff at the right address but sometimes you’ll see a head scratcher.

your avatar isn't accurate, and minotaur labrynith has no forks

The only time I used DoorDash I included my building number, a clear description of its location in relation to the rest of the complex, and I even manually typed in the GPS coordinates of the building's main door. What did my DoorDasher, Sergio, do? He entered at the opposite end of the complex, drove past and ignored the big sign with a map showing each building with its number, and proceeded to drive around every building until eventually he had worked his way to my corner of the complex and found my building. He gave me someone else's order.

Like I said, being worse off than your average third-grader also includes a large degree of illiteracy. You'd supposed to draw out a map with a set of crayons and draw a red "X" with a caption that says "leave food here" in green. It'll also help if you frame it as an treasure hunt.

I've been seeing posts about "generation of men who are about to snap and do something dangerous" for at least two decades now. Each time I see one I can't help but notice a parallel to deranged leftoids trying to convince themselves that the communist revolution and the end of capitalism is just around the corner.

Eh I think with zoomers we might actually see something. Their recent uprising against Ai gives me hope.

What will they do when:
* The job market requires 5y for an entry level job
* Jeets sitting in head positions only give jobs to other jeets
* Companies outsource their jobs to other countries (Argentina lately)
* Priced out of houses, hobbies
* Don't own a house, can't afford a family
* Displaced in their own country by hostile minorities
* Police arrest them for being stabbed, side with rapists and trafickers

Like right now it's mostly online whispers but it will get a lot worse a lot quicker, esp if the Ai bubble bursts and many go jobless.

>finally ready to return to the workforce this June
>getting lots of interviews because my skills are in demand
>interview for a job yesterday
>the place is hiring fast and expanding fast
>'I'm sending specific instructions for reaching our office'
>it's just a street address
>interviewer is late for own interview
>front desk is empty
>none of the staff knows where she is
>no messages stating she will be late
>start my "give 'er twenty minutes, then bounce" timer
>lady walks in fifteen minutes later
>walks past me to office
>emerges from office five minutes later
>'Hi, are you Asbestos? I'm [the interviewer]'
>no apology for being late
>starts asking boilerplate bullshit
>has no technical knowledge, can't answer any of my technical questions
>twenty minute face-to-face that could've been done over the phone
>keeps saying 'we value patience here' because I stated the interview was for one o'clock
>at end of interview, states all round one interviews go through her before actual management gets involved
>IOW they made her the gatekeeper, meaning my future technical manager doesn't get to choose his own staff.

I understand there's a whole psychology to treating applicants this way, but you only do that if you're screening for desperate people - not when the company itself is desperate for warm bodies. Twenty minutes isn't that bad normally - but for first impressions it is terrible. The bitch made it very clear that she thinks she owns anyone who signs with her. Real 'you will obey every rule and I will skirt every rule' energy. It's a buyer's market rn, retard, I decide whether to work with you, not the other way around.
