They've only transplanted uteruses into females. Not "women" (which some insist includes men), and most of them were people who either had a DSD where they had ovaries and a vaginal canal, but no uterus, or they lost theirs due to traumatic injury. Despite troons saying "it's just around the corner!", nobody has actually transplanted a uterus into any male. And I don't think there's even been 100 successful transplants yet.
